It is an easy walk to Sloane Square or South Kensington underground stations and very close to bus stops which will take you all over London. The apartment is on the third floor (UK second floor) with double aspect windows making it light and airy, within a large luxury secure apartment block with 24 hour porterage. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, hall area and living space with kitchen, dining, desk and seating. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher which makes it suitable for an extended stay.

Ideal apartment and location

Great apartment in Chelsea, conveniently located to shops and the tube. The apartment was well set up. The bed was comfortable and the Wifi service was excellent. I was not bothered by street noise. I would definitely stay here again.

We really like this apartment

This is the 4th time that my wife and I have stayed at Caroline's apartment. The apartment is bright and airy, The South Kensington tube station is about 10 minutes away or you can take the 360 bus which is closeby. There is a Starbucks across the street and a small grocery store on the next block. There are several very nice restaurants in the area, It's also a short walk to the Victoria and Albert museum. The dining room in the museum is just great. We will be back next year.

Perfect Place to Call Home While In London

Caroline's apartment was a wonderful place for our 6 night stay in London. Everything was spotless. I traveled with my 15 year old grandson...I got the bedroom while he got the foldout sofa (great for a teen). The bedroom was a great respite for me. It was comfortable and very attractively furnished. The dishes and utensils were more than adequate. While I didn't cook a full meal, I did prepare a smallish lunch for my grandson's Aunt and Uncle from Scotland.

Which leads me to another great thing about this apartment -- the location. As others have stated, it's between 2 tube stops and the 360 bus runs right in front of building. I recommend reading the information binder that Caroline has prepared; it explained the bus plus other great information. I was a bit uneasy of how to use the bus but once we did we loved it. You can see so much from them. We actually took 2 long bus rides....one from Putney Bridge (to S.Kensington station) for Fish & Chips and the other from the Imperial War Museum.

I loved being in this neighborhood. While others have mentioned the noise from the street. I found it didn't bother us. It is a residential area so you are far removed from the summer tourist crowds. The Sainbury's grocery across the street was a constant for us. I was in there everyday buying snacks etc. They have a great house Cab for 4.85!

I could ramble on about this great place.... I certainly would be delighted to stay here again and recommend it highly.

Almost forgot....Caroline provided great instructions about our stay before we left Dallas.
