Modern City stay with all your home comforts.Redecorated and new carpets June 2015 .The apartment is in the most marvelous location in the heart of Central London on Sloane Avenue close to fantastic shops, restaurants, pubs, museums, Buckingham Palace, The Royal Albert Hall and Harrods. It is an easy walk to Sloane Square or South Kensington underground stations and very close to bus stops which will take you all over London. The apartment is on the third floor (UK second floor) with double aspect windows making it light and airy, within a large luxury secure apartment block with 24 hour porterage. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, hall area and living space with kitchen, dining, desk and seating. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher which makes it suitable for an extended stay.

Great location, very clean and well- equipped apartment

We stayed at the apartment for three nights. It seems a bit spartan at first but the minimalist look means it is clean with no clutter! Internet worked well as did the washer/dryer. It has everything you need,R right down to an iron and a hair dryer. Location is terrific-- Sainsbury and Starbuck across the street. Tube is just few blocks away. Big open air food market at the Sloane Square tube station. Not sure of day-- but don't miss it if you want some great street vendor food! Great access to high end shopping and easy walk to all the sites. Would definitely recommend for 2 people. Great value.

Perfect location

A very comfortable stay. Perfectly located for the tube both Sloane Square and South Kensington. A short stroll away from great shopping in Kings Rd. Certainly ticked all the boxes for us. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location

The apartment is neat, clean and comfortable and in a great location. Grocery store and Starbucks are across the street. It is about 10 min walk to either South Kensington or Sloane Ave tube stations. The apartment is a corner unit facing streets. Noise maybe an issue in the night if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it is perfect.

Perfect accommodations in every way

When booking our holiday in London, we knew we wanted a flat near where we lived during our time as expats. Caroline's flat in the Nell Gwynn House fit that requirement perfectly, allowing us to visit our old haunts quite easily. The flat was the perfect size and layout for 2 people, with a comfortable bed (and plenty of pillows) and comfortable seating in the living area. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essentials for eating in. We were able to enjoy breakfast every morning after our run and also opt for takeaway on the evenings we did not have plans. Having a Starbucks and a Sainsbury Local across the street were two benefits we appreciated; when we lived in London these types of conveniences had not yet arrived. The flat was very quiet and a corner unit; we never heard anyone around us. Since our flight arrived in London in the morning, we were happy to be able to have the porter store our luggage until we could check in. The morning we departed, there was a taxi sitting right outside. Caroline's instructions regarding the flat were thorough, clear and complete. We hope that the flat will be available for our next stay in London. It truly was ideal for our needs.

This was our third stay at this apartment

As stated in the title, this was our third stay at this apartment, The location is great. There is a bus stop nearby, a small grocery store a block away, a Starbucks across the street, it's a ten minute walk to the South Kensington tube station (Piccadilly line...easy to get to and from the airport), and about a fifteen minute walk to the Victoria and Albert museum. There are several good restaurants in the area. The apartment is bright and airy and very well maintained. There is a very large open living room/kitchen area, a separated bedroom and bathroom. The free wifi was most appreciated. The staff at the building are gracious and a pleasure to deal with. The owner is very responsive is setting up the reservation. We'll be back next year.
