In the resort style enclave of Regency Reserve, is this 2200 square foot spacious and comfortable, tropical furnished coach home, offering spectacular views of the double fairway GOLF COURSE and LAKE. It features an open great room with a formal dining-living room area. 2 sets of sliding glass doors open to the 40' lanai for a view of breath taking sunsets! This unit boasts of a full sized, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, private master bedroom with king size bed, two walk-in closets and sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bath has two separate sinks, garden tub, and large, separate shower. The guest room has two twin beds, large closet, and its own private full bath. The den/library may also serve as a 3rd bedroom.

Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.

Off the great room is a large 40 ft. lanai with glass top table and chairs, chaise lounge, and cocktail table.

Lauderdale International airport. 15 minutes from the most magnificent beaches and downtown Naples. 30 minutes from Marco Island and one hour from Sanibel-Captiva and Everglades City. Just over one hour from Miami.

HOA application fee: $100.00 (one-time). 50% of rent and tax due at time of application approval. Remainder of rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due 3 months prior to first day of rental period. Owner will provide necessary forms etc. Security deposit due upon signing of the lease.

Cleaning fee : $150.00 (exit cleaning) or actual cost will apply.
