Three Bedroom (Plus Loft), Two Bathroom, Executive Home
About Tom Litwiller
My family have been vacationing in Sauble Beach for over fifty years. My parents retired here in 1986, and my sister and two of my cousins have cottages on the same street. My wife and I bought our property in 1989, and built our cottage the same year.
Tom Litwiller purchased this House in 1989
Why Tom Litwiller chose South Bruce Peninsula
It is a short walk to the beach and it is very private. We like the design because of the high ceilings, open concept and main floor bedroom.
What makes this House unique
Our home is open and bright. We love sitting on the front deck watching the world go by or sitting on the back deck relaxing in the sun.

Wonderful cottage, Great location !
Lovely, cottage with lots of room and only a short walk to the beach ! We had a wonderful week long stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.
We enjoyed our stay; summer actually began to show its face. A very comfortable home for 2 weeks.
Beautiful, spacious cottage
This property manages to be (and look) both cottagy and modern at the same time. Lots of well-planned space, large bedrooms, walk to beach (one of us would drive down to drop off heavier items like beach umbrellas), generous parking space, short drive to grocery store and other spots on Sauble Beach main street. Hot water smells sulphury but fine for showers or washing dishes. Appreciated the wagon for bringing small grandkids to beach, plenty of kitchen chairs (we were a group of eight), the firepit and the working gas fireplace (one particularly cold day.). We had a great time! Love to come back.
We would definitely stay there again.
Our family had a great time at Sauble Beach. The house was perfect for the six of us. It was bright, comfortable, and we'll stocked. All the rooms were a nice size. Also, the fireplace was nice to have on a couple of cool mornings.
This was the first time we stayed at Sauble we were having a wedding
Was very close to the beach within walking distance
The downtown was within walking distance with little shops and great eateries, we tried most of them they all had great food Chinese food was the best I had in years. Beach was lovely.
Our wedding was at Saugeen Golf Club in Southampton which was also very close to drive to, I would recommend this place for a wedding the staff was very accommodating and we had a hugh balcony as well that we used it was beautiful,
Tom was very accommodating and helpful
We also found that there were lots to do within driving distance we even went to Tobermory which took an hour and went on the sunken ship tour to flowerpot island it was beautiful, suggest that if you go to either eat or take a picnic lunch explore the island and let the kids or yourself have a wonderful time enjoying the beach and water, was beautiful I would say this was not for kids under 5yrs old as is not convenient for strollers or wheelchairs very rocky and lots of climbing.
We chased fireflies at night ,must do thing for kids, at night went to the beach with bread and fed the seagulls kids got a kick out of this. We had a variety of ages with us and there was something to do for everyone.
Great family vacation!
Tom was very helpful & communication was easy. The property was stocked with all essentials - our family of 4 (kids aged 10&8) had a wonderful, memorable stay. Thank you!
