We dreamed of having a little retreat in the mountains for a very long time. In the summer of 2004, on our honeymoon, we were able to realize our dream when we purchased this cozy little place. We have taken this condo through an amazing transformation and have personally remodeled 100% of this condo ourselves and we will continue to work very hard to make Snodallion a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway for our guests and ourselves alike. We are school teachers back in Minnesota, and we are so blessed in having this wonderful vacation getaway. My daughter, wife, and I use the condo several times a year and we are certain that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why Scott chose Warrior's Mark
We bought this condo because of the location. It has perfect balance of being very close to the lift, close to downtown and it is much more affordable that a true ski-in/ski-out. We feel a walk across the street is well worth the savings of a few hundred dollars over the ski-in/ski-out places. The ski-in/ski-outs are literally right across the street! You won't need to drive anywhere once you arrive at Snodallion. You'll be close to it all!

CANCELLATION POLICY: *We may refund 80% of what we re-rent for. Otherwise if cancel 60+ days lose 50% deposit. Less than 60 days lose full payment.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. Please respect your neighbors.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
This condo, although a bit tight if had 4, is a really well kept and comfortable. The location to the chairlift was awesome, and has a really nice view with all the windows. Plus it is on the first floor and a corner unit! We will definitely be back, as long as we only have 3 staying. :)
Absolutely ideal location! Short walk to slopes and town. All the amenities of home. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
Overall great place
We had some issues upon checking with cleanliness, but Scott was very responsive and having the washer/dryer in the unit made it easy to just wash the bedding ourselves. The location was even better than I expected and we walked 5 minutes to the Quicksilver lift each day. I hate walking in ski boots but this walk was doable. The unit is on the ground floor on the corner of the complex closest to the lift, so the path to the lift is just across the street. We were also close to Main Street for dinner. We didn’t go to the hot tub or pool so I can’t comment on that. We loved Breckenridge overall and would stay at Scott’s place again.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We walked to most everything. Place was clean and comfy.
The three company
Very nice and clean property. Perfect for our small group of three but suits more! Great location; quick access to downtown Breckenridge. Easy communication with owner(s). Would stay again!
Red Fox Observatory
Our 5 night stay in late July met all expectations. Check in was a breeze. Great location and easy walking access to Main Street. We enjoyed the large windows and watching the family of Red Foxes play in the grass. The pool and hot tubs were big enough to give different families and couples privacy. Great Place!
