Beautiful condo. The huge deck with solid railings was so perfect for our two children 9 months and 22 months. Feels like you're on the beach and part of the action at all times. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Beach, Condo, Location all 5 star.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We had a great stay in Condo 131 at Regal Beach. It's lovely and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The large balcony is the real gem here - we logged so many hours appreciating the amazing view. The Management team was great - made it all very easy for us. Highly recommended!

Amazing View and Location

Our stay in unit #131 was fantastic. It was well equipped, very clean, and wow what a view!! This condo is worth it’s price tag. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. The housekeeping staff and property management staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the towels that were provided. Both the bath and beach towels are very worn, frayed, and rough. However, do not let this minor detail keep you from staying there. The beach is incredible. You can’t go wrong staying in this condo.

Property was perfect for our family trip

We have been to Grand Cayman many times but this is our first visit to this property. The property was clean, well equipped and the views were everything you can ask for.

The property manager, Jennifer, was so helpful in planning everything from arraigning car services to private Chefs for a special Birthday celebration. We travelled with our 8 month old grandson and all the necessary equipment was waiting for us- Crib, stroller, highchair and even beach toys.

We enjoyed the location-close to the Marriott and Royal Palms for Happy hours, Lunch and enjoying the music from the Marriott while relaxing on our private deck overlooking the water.

We liked the property so much we have already booked it for another visit.

Lovely view and lots of room for family to sleep!

This was the perfect view on 7 mile Beach, you will not be disappointed. We have stayed at Regal Beach before but I would not pay what we paid for this unit and stay there again. All of the doors to all of the bedrooms stuck. You had to push hard to get them open and closed, which caused my family to wake up when one opened or closed a door in the middle of the night. The front door as well....you have to "use your hip" I was told for the front door (not great when your hands are full).The sheets are cleaned every day, but I'm not sure when the comforters on the beds were cleaned last. They need a good washing btwn guests in my opinion. When we arrived, the previous guests had just left. They charge steep "Check Out Cleaning Fee" and they do not do anything extra to clean the place. We left at 11 and saw the next family arrive at noon. Everything was nice but overpriced. The cleaning lady was awesome and friendly!

Incredible place to stay while on the island

I accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway, PayPal, Debit/Credit card and Check/Bank transfer (if within the US).

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Daily Maid service is provided (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.

HomeAway/VRBO offers travel insurance and Damage Protection Insurance. Please contact them for further information.
