Luxurious 8th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #704 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite and marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Condo was great. Corner unit with a great view. Everything was clean, bed was great! Appliances we updated and very clean. Being able to have our Boston Terrier with us was a big plus. Lance came by and replaced a hall light which we didn't even notice was out and was in the building to replace hot water heater on the day we left. (We didn't have any hot water issues but I guess it was just time to replace it.) Nice to know the owner takes the time to check on things and keep up with the maintenance.

Really pretty

Me my boyfriend and our friends stayed in this condo, it was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the view, the comfy beds, and not to far from things. The only minor complaint, is the water heater wouldn’t stay warm enough for all 4 people to take showers back to back or to fill up the whole bath in the master. By the time you got half way full the hot water cut off. No big deal though, we figured everything out, and had a great time! Really nice for the doggies to, my dogs got to majorly relax before they both get fixed next week. Went to a dog park in orange beach, they had a blast too. Great trip, thank you so much!

Amazing location and views!

We had an annual girl’s trip planned to Tennessee, but Winter Storm Bernie threatened to have our weekend plans canceled. So, we switched directions and found Courtney and Lance’s condo. It could have not been more perfect! Great space, comfortable (and stylish) furnishings and outstanding views. It’s conveniently located to outlet shopping, the new OWA complex and restaurants. And after a long day, we were able to use the Smart TV to binge watch Netflix (our account, their TV). Thanks again for sharing such an awesome place. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Beach Front Condo

We stayed at this condo for Thanksgiving this year (2017). Our tradition is to celebrate Thanksgiving at the beach. This is the first condo and beach we are interested in returning to next year. It was a true joy. Clean, comfortable, beautiful views and well appointed unit. All necessities stocked in the unit. Location is perfect for enjoying various restaurants, amusement parks and shopping. Or, just sit on the balcony and relax to the sound of the waves. The beach is wide and very open with beautiful sugary white sand. Super corner unit with amazing sunset views. You will not be disappointed staying in #704 at The Caribbean! Owners are very attentive and respond quickly to questions. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving holiday!

We live in Gulf Shores and love the area. We have 4 children; Emma, Lachlan, Lennox and Piper that love the beach and pools. We are not far away and enjoy staying at Caribbean when other families are not enjoying it. It has been such a joy owning this unit and being able to share it with other families throughout the year.
