Luxurious 8th floor west corner unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #704 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite and marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

About Lance & Courtney Steffek

We live in Gulf Shores and love the area. We have 4 children; Emma, Lachlan, Lennox and Piper that love the beach and pools. We are not far away and enjoy staying at Caribbean when other families are not enjoying it. It has been such a joy owning this unit and being able to share it with other families throughout the year. And it has been a fun journey renovating; making it a truly luxurious, high-end destination.

Amazing!

This was our second time visiting one of Lance and Courtney’s units in this building. Just like our first visit, everything with the unit was perfect! Decor is outstanding and looks just like the photos. The unit is extremely clean. I am very picky about cleanliness....and it was spotless. Beds are comfy, view is amazing, shower is great! All the common areas were also very clean and were freshly cleaned every morning. We are thrilled to have found a place that accepts our dog and is so well kept. There is a small area of grass for the dogs to do their business and a trash can for their waste. Lots of great places to eat nearby too! Security was present around the building and we even chatted with the friendly guard one night taking the dog out. Felt very safe. Let’s not forget the view...so Beautiful and we saw dolphins every single day! The pool was always warm and clean. Thank you for the great stay! We will be back!

Perfect Ocean front getaway!

Our week could not have been more perfect! My husband, myself, our 15 year old twins & our 2 pugs stayed during the July 4th week. When we arrived, I found the condo to be absolutely immaculate, which immediately impressed me. I would have NEVER thought a dog had EVER stayed here.

Zero dog smell...Zero dog hair. Even though I am a huge dog lover, I detest being in a room/house/car that SMELLS like a dog. The condo is decorated with the perfect "beachy" feel, but thankfully not "over decorated" (as some beach rentals tend to be..) which can leave me feeling like I am sleeping in Alvin's Island, lol.. The beds were extremely comfortable & there is also a pull out couch in the living room. We were never once bothered by the sounds of other guests staying next to or above us, which is another HUGE plus to me. Living room TV will make men of all ages swoon... All of the appliances seemed as though they were brand new....and that washer...oh my goodness...awesome. One of our favorite rooms was the master bath...huge, huge tub...and that window above it overlooking the bay...wow. The view from the deck is gorgeous, nothing but beautiful beach view & looking from the corner of the deck, you have a lovely view of the bay. Loved that we had our own assigned parking spot for #704 under the covered area, steps away from the elevator. There is even a market store (Waves), ice cream shop & a tucked away diner in easy walking distance (.2 of a mile, if even that...be sure & eat the bacon wrapped shrimp at the diner...wow.) Lance & Courtney were the perfect landlords, I had their cell & email if I needed them for anything. I did not have to contact them even once...that should speak volumes of how perfect our stay was. For you dog lovers..we had no issues taking ours out to potty as there are grassy areas in front of the Caribbean Condos (where we were) as well as the condo's on either side of us. There are also "poop" bags provided out front by these areas as well as an attached trashcan to put the bags in. These were cleaned out each day & was never close to overflowing. You fellow dog lovers know what a huge plus that is!!

Trust me, look no further...this condo definitely needs to be on your bucket list!! There is only one con....having to LEAVE when your vacation has come to an end...THAT was a heartbreaker....

Great Place for a Family of 4 and their Dogs

We chose this unit based on the high ratings AND because they allowed us to bring our dogs. And, we were not disappointed. The finish out of the condo was very nice and the kitchen was stocked for all our needs. The owners respond to information requests promptly and truly care about ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The almost daily dolphin show was nice to see from the balcony each morning. Plenty of nearby places to eat. We would definitely consider returning to #704 Carribean.

Beautiful condo-great vacation with one exception-the elevator is terrible

They have a gorgeous condo right on beach-everything was fabulous within the condo-the pool isn't very well kept up the adjoining pool next door makes it look even worse-the rescue float is in need of replacing its in very rough shape-the owners were very responsive with each time we had trouble with the elevator not working-would love to visit again if the elevator is truely repaired well or replaced-my husband had had foot surgery about 6 weeks before so the walking up 7 stories of steps was a rough trip on the two occasions we had to take the stairs
