Hello Sugar Beach Resort Lovers! We have just purchased this Direct Ocean & Beachfront Condo in a Spectacular Setting! This condo had a A+ rating for the prior long term owners through one of Maui's largest rental agencies! We are underpricing our condo for our Grand Opening Kick Off! our prices change by the month but we will always be less than the agencies and always willing to make a deal to fill our open dates ..our lowest rates are 129$ a night but the rates fluctuate during the peak sell out seasons so book early! aloha!

We searched the island for the Best Direct Oceanfront View Experience With Breathtaking Front Row Seats For Whale Watching Season and this is it! With 24/7 of Romantic and Soothing Ocean Waves! Huge Heated Pool, Extra Large Spa, Central Air and very rare washer/dryer in the Condo!!....

An absolute Maui dream!!

We had a phenomenal time in Maui, thanks to this wonderful location!! Mike went above and beyond, was so courteous and friendly, we had such a good time in Maui and can’t wait to come back!!

Relax with a Penthouse View

Fantastic hosts, great amenities, tight quarters for 4, but an amazing relaxing time nonetheless. The hosts provided timely support on all questions and concerns. Rent here for a stress free getaway. This was the first time in my life (aquaphile of ~40yrs) I heard families of blue whales talking to each other while swimming out front.

A little slice of heaven

Mike and Brenda take great care of the property and are excellent communicators ahead of the stay! The view from our complimentary upgrade to the penthouse was amazing, the lanai is quite peaceful, and it really is just a quick elevator ride and walking path by pool right to the ocean! During our stay Mike was also great at responding to any questions we had. The property is furnished with comfortable chairs couch and bed, the bathroom and shower are great, the kitchen met and exceeded our wishes, the washer and dryer in unit were very nice, and the atmosphere was a welcome respite from the bustle of daily life on the mainland. Without reservation we recommend you book your stay with these folks! We look forward to “hurrying back” to visit again 😀.

Amazing Hosts Set you Beach Front !!*

We had a crunch move from Lahaina after being booked there for Daughters Wedding and Mike & Brenda were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...! We felt that hold-your-breath- panic but they stepped right in, pitched in a perfect room, removed "Every" worry & Need to the dotted line, we needed nothing! And when a few things hit us unexpectedly with Rental Car, Late Flights, They stepped in to soothe those paths too! Such an incredible couple, and nice place, helped find close places to eat, shop etc. Just out of their way Helpful Hosts. My sister stayed at same Resort , different Room, different Host, and had "None" of the same services we had, tho' their room was nice enough, all the XTRA Touches we had from our Hosts made ALL the difference in the world in making a choice of returning!! Not a second thought will be given! Grateful from Oregon

Great stay!

We had a great stay. We were upgraded to the penthouse unit since we needed the sofa bed for our teen son. The view & location were great, and everything was as pictured. We saw whales every day and a turtle once from lanai. The steps to the beach include large rocks that may be hard for someone with mobility issues, but there are alternate paths. There is an elevator very close to the unit. The pool is heated--not hot, just not cold. The hot tub was great as well, and there is a sauna. The grills by the pool are gas, cleaned daily, easy to use. Overall the resort is well-maintained and attended to daily; the elevators would get wet from people dripping from the pool or beach, but they were cleaned and dried quickly every day. The keyless entry is nice so you don't have to worry about carrying keys around. Everything we needed was provided--cookware, some condiments and seasonings were available, a couple of k cups (we bought our own, though), regular towels and linens, plenty of pillows, some extra blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, curling iron...there was even nail polish remover and aloe vera gel! There were also binoculars for whale watching and some movies, games, and books. The snacks on arrival and Starbucks gift card were incredibly fun to receive and made us feel extra welcome. Great spot, highly recommend, would return. Mahalo Mike & Brenda!!
