With its stylish restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques and its handsome art deco buildings, the Brugmann Place is also one of the safest and quietest area in town. Stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance. You are at 10 ' walk to the Châtelain and 15' to Louise avenue. From there you can enjoy the shopping and touristic parts of the city without having to suffer from the noise and nuisances usually associated with crowded touristic places.

Our condo is located in a quiet street giving on the Brugman Place. Every 5 minutes our typical Belgian tramways takes you to the Grand Place. A bus in front of the building leads you directly to the European Parliament. Other buses and tramways bring you easily to every point of interest in the city.

Brugman Court is situated at the 2nd floor with lift in a art deco style building constructed in 2009 with high end techniques and materials. So you you will enjoy all the comfort of a perfect acoustic and thermic isolation, central heating, security doors and badges, parquet flooring, ceramic tiles in the bahtrooms, 2 toilets, concierge, premium quality linnens and towels. The apartment is full of light and very quiet. It is fully furnished with contemporary pieces of design. It offers all the equipments you may need for your leisure or business stay.
The apartment, while fully wired is also equipped with Wi-Fi ADSL, Skype phone and a printer-scanner-copier for your office work. For your leisure it offers a large flat screen LED TV with digital television and home cinema, DVD, radio and hi-fi system. A second large flat screen TV completes the master bedroom, also with digital TV. Both TV sets provide plenty of American and international channels. Among others, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and standard coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were not forgotten. In the bathrooms you will find state-of-the art design faucets, Starck bathtub and showers.

The twin beds of the second bedroom are convertible into a double bed on request during the booking, not later than 5 days before arrival at the apartment.
For stays of 7 nights or more the apartment is provided with a CLEANING SERVICE (FREE -4 hours/week). More hours/days of cleaning are available on request upon booking (11 EUR/H).
For stays of 7 days or more a parking place is available in the building. Secured access. 15 EUR/DAY.

Cet appartement haut de gamme est parfait, confortable, rien ne manque. Sa situation est idéale proches des commerces et de toutes les commodités. Le tram menant au centre de Bruxelles est à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
Bref un endroit idéal pour passer un très agréable séjour dans la capitale belge.
From the time we booked the apartment Maurice was responsive to all our questions. The process of booking is easy. When we arrived we contacted Mona who met us at the apartment and explained how the "gadgets" worked. The apartment is stunning, spacious, very clean and extremely well equipped. Close to restaurants and public transport into the centre of Brussels. Quiet neighbourhood and lovely garden outlook from the balcony. Highly recommend the apartment and we would stay again when next in Brussels. Only one issue which left us stressed - on arrival Mona booked a taxi for us to arrive at 8am on 14 August 2016 to take us (4 adults and luggage) to the airport for a flight to Copenhagen. The taxi did not arrive and we were unable to contact Mona. We were not provided with the contact details for the taxi and after calling a taxi service who said they could not take us, we ended up ordering Uber which did arrive and cost us 30 euro instead of 60 euro quoted by the taxi (which didn't show)! Overall though, great apartment. John, Eileen, Mick and Linda (Travelling middle aged Australians).
A superb location and beautiful setting in a very quiet area; the balcony overlooked a lovely garden - a perfect setting for cocktails. The apartment was stunning, incredibly furnished and so very comfortable. Loved the kitchen as we do like to cook after a long day of sight-seeing; and the owner had put together an instruction book on how everything works. (We have found very often this is not the case in rentals.) Great restaurants at the bottom of the street, a wonderful supermarket 10 mins walk away, and the Churchill tram stop 10 mins up the road. We loved Brussels and its ease of access, explored all corners on foot and by tram - so much to see; we even strolled from the apartment to Grand Place. We highly recommend Brugmann Court.
The unit is extremely secure with two security doors before you even get to the elevator. Then the front door is like opening a vault! The unit itself was appointed very well. We didn't cook but the kitchen was fully equipped. There was good light as well as several layers of window coverings. The only surprise was that the second bedroom had a closet and bathroom that wasn't ensuite. Whenever we return, we will definitely book this unit again.
I was fortunate enough to experience this wonderful little neighborhood for 3 months, thanks to the hospitality of Maurice and Mona! The apartment is comfortable, and for someone who cooks, VERY well stocked with everything you may need to prepare your favorite meal from home. Roomy, bright and big windows overlooking courtyard. The neighborhood is one of the most highly sought after for residences, as it is very "Parisian" in feel. Quiet enough, but nice restaurants and small shops that make you feel at home, like you belong. I can't say enough about the area, apartment itself, and of course the owner, Maurice and manager Mona. A truly seamless experience for an expat.
My family and I stayed at Brugman Court for 3 weeks in December 2015. As a regular renter of Home Away properties over many years, I have no hesitation in saying this was, by far, our absolutely best experience to date. The owner of the property was extremely professional in all his dealings with us and was supported by an excellent local agent and cleaner who went out of their way to be helpful and otherwise did a great job. The apartment itself is very modern and well appointed. The appliances, furnishings, bed linen and towels were all of a high standard. A short tram ride from the city centre, we quickly came to the conclusion this is the most pleasant part of Brussels to stay in. There is a good selection of restaurants and shops in nearby Brugmann Square which is a truly great spot and lifted my spirits every day as I went for my morning coffee and croissant. In summary, we are demanding people and not so easy to please but Brugman Court "ticked all the boxes".
Place Brugman withs its sophisticated boutiques, restaurants and bars. Avenue Louise and its shopping centers and international boutiques, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries at 10'. Place du Châtelain with its bohemian its bars, restaurants and famous fresh open air market at 5' walk. Grand-Place at 15'. Sablon and its antiques at 15'. Bois de la Cambre and its recreational area and Forêt de Soignes at 10' walk. Several charming small parks around.
