This is a fully-equipped vacation rental. Just bring your clothes and toiletries! Everything necessary for a great vacation is provided, and we mean everything.

The beach is a 2-minute stroll from the house. Beach carts, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella(s) are provided.

The private elevator makes bringing in groceries and luggage a breeze - it is accessible from the carport to all living levels.

The pool is a private, saltwater, heated pool (temperatures can be set up to 88 degrees).

All bedding and towels are provided. Need something special - just ask.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, dishes, etc. Every small appliance is provided. We love to cook and we equipped the kitchen as if we were going to live there. If you don't see what you need, we probably have it - so just ask.

There is dining seating for 12 inside and 6 outside. The master bedroom suite seats 6 on the veranda facing the Gulf of Mexico. Great for watching spectacular Gulf sunsets or just chilling out. The serene blue-green Gulf waters...the brilliant orange and blue sunsets...the smell and sound of the surf...will lower your blood pressure and make you feel good to be alive!

Enough parking is provided for 4-5 cars.

My husband and I love the beach - Negril, Jamaica and Ocean City, New Jersey are our favorites. When we retired, we looked for a place that had the best of both beaches - we found it in Bradenton Beach, Florida. It is safer than Negril, and less crowded and less commercial than Ocean City. My husband says it reminds him of the Jersey shore in the early 60's.

The beach is 170 steps from our door (my gait!), and is never crowded, not even during the peak winter season. It almost feels like it's our own private beach.

There is plenty to do here. The restaurants are great. Everything on the Island is accessible via the free open-air trolley that runs by our house every twenty minutes.

There are fishing piers and marinas for those who like to fish. They say Anna Maria Island has the best fishing on the West Coast of Florida.

Like to shop? World-famous St. Armand's Circle and Sarasota are minutes away. Prime Outlet (130 designer and brand-name outlet stores) is nearby, but not too close to threaten your vacation budget!

Have kids, or just want to act like one? Busch Gardens in Tampa is about an hour away, and Disney World 2 hours.

Beautiful home in a wonderful lication

We spent Thanksgiving here with family and it was fabulous experience. The owners Jennifer and Joe became family. Wonderful heated salt water pool for cool days.We had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach, trolley, stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

Jen and Joe were great. They helped us and were responsive whenever we needed it from booking to check in, during the week and for check out. Beautiful place with lots of room. Very clean! Has everything needed for a fun week at the beach - beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels etc. with carts to help transport. Anna Maria Island is a fun and family friendly place to spend Spring Break. The salt water pool was a real treat!

This property was more than we ever imagined. Everything was spotless and fully equipped.

We began searching in July 2017 for some place new to visit for our first Grommet family reunion. Discovering this gorgeous palace was a true blessing. The owners Joe and Jen were more than just owners. Hospitable and over the top with accommodations. We enjoyed immensely being able to enjoy our very own private pool which came with all the pool toys imaginable. The pool was spotless, heated, saltwater. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and our 4 grandchildren ages 10, 7, soon to be 5 and our 13 month old little guy loved walking just a few steps to the pool. We even embarked on a ping pong tournament in the lower level garage which also was fully equipped with beach toys chairs and wagons to haul the items to the beach. The beach was only a block walk from our palace.

The interior was gorgeous. Bedrooms very accommodating and equipped with baby gate for the stairs and a pack and play for our little guy.

This was our very first time renting a home and it was the best ever. Stores and restaurants very close. The owners of this property were outstanding. We will be back for another Family Get together depending on all our schedules. Definitely a 10 star in our books!!!

Great place lead to a great week!

Had a wonderful family vacation first week of March. We had 8 adults, an infant and a 3 year old. There was plenty of room, the house was well stocked, very clean and organized. The beach was even closer than we thought from the picture and the pool was wonderful. Owners made sure the pool temperature was moved up when the weather cooled off so we could still enjoy the pool. Owners are very responsive. Ex. The listing showed a high chair and we did not see one when we arrived. Sent the owners a note when we left for grocery store. They called back by the time we got to the store, apologized for the mistake in the listing, and had a high chair there before we returned from the store. Very nice people to work with.

Relaxing Beach Christmas

We had eight adults and a baby stay in this beautiful condo for Christmas. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo had a well equipped kitchen, TV's in all the bedrooms, and the elevator was a help for my parents to access the house. (Also great for luggage and groceries) There were at least ten beach chairs, Noodles, floats, towels, umbrellas and sand toys provided for our use. The beach is a short walk away. The gas grill is on a deck right off the kitchen. The kitchen table seats ten.

The condo is located close to the Cortez bridge in the Bradenton Beach area of the island. Groceries, liquor and a drug store are about a mile away. The Prime Outlet mall in Ellenton is about fourteen miles away off the Manatee bridge. St. Armand's Circle is about fourteen miles south.

Our hosts, Joe and Jen are very friendly people. They were available for assistance in the condo and information about the Island.

We would definitely recommend this condo if you want to enjoy the beach life. The main floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my parents who could not use stairs. The master bedroom had enough room for the couple with the baby. The porches on the front had seating to enjoy the views of palms and sunsets. The beach access was close. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here. Enjoy!

Beautiful home in a great location

My family just finished a great Florida vacation and Joe and Jen have an awesome property. The house is in a great location and had plenty of space for my family to relax. There was a little issue with the pool heater but that was the only minor issue. The virtual tour of the property allowed my grandson to know where everything was before we even got there. The property is located a very short walk to the island beaches. Unfortunately the weather turned on us, that's the one thing they can't control, but we made the most of it. Thanks
