This is a fully-equipped vacation rental. Just bring your clothes and toiletries! Everything necessary for a great vacation is provided, and we mean everything.

The beach is a 2-minute stroll from the house. Beach carts, chairs, beach towels, and umbrella(s) are provided.

The private elevator makes bringing in groceries and luggage a breeze - it is accessible from the carport to all living levels.

The pool is a private, saltwater, heated pool (temperatures can be set up to 88 degrees).

All bedding and towels are provided. Need something special - just ask.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, dishes, etc. Every small appliance is provided. We love to cook and we equipped the kitchen as if we were going to live there. If you don't see what you need, we probably have it - so just ask.

There is dining seating for 12 inside and 6 outside. The master bedroom suite seats 6 on the veranda facing the Gulf of Mexico. Great for watching spectacular Gulf sunsets or just chilling out. The serene blue-green Gulf waters...the brilliant orange and blue sunsets...the smell and sound of the surf...will lower your blood pressure and make you feel good to be alive!

Enough parking is provided for 4-5 cars.

My husband and I love the beach - Negril, Jamaica and Ocean City, New Jersey are our favorites. When we retired, we looked for a place that had the best of both beaches - we found it in Bradenton Beach, Florida. It is safer than Negril, and less crowded and less commercial than Ocean City. My husband says it reminds him of the Jersey shore in the early 60's.

The beach is 170 steps from our door (my gait!), and is never crowded, not even during the peak winter season. It almost feels like it's our own private beach.

There is plenty to do here. The restaurants are great. Everything on the Island is accessible via the free open-air trolley that runs by our house every twenty minutes.

There are fishing piers and marinas for those who like to fish. They say Anna Maria Island has the best fishing on the West Coast of Florida.

Like to shop? World-famous St. Armand's Circle and Sarasota are minutes away. Prime Outlet (130 designer and brand-name outlet stores) is nearby, but not too close to threaten your vacation budget!

Have kids, or just want to act like one? Busch Gardens in Tampa is about an hour away, and Disney World 2 hours.

Great home, perfect location, and hospitable owners!

This home was absolutely perfect for our spring vacation traveling with another couple and our combined 3 kids. The home was incredibly spacious and comfortably furnished, the elevator was a nice option for moving luggage and groceries, and the pool provided a great alternative for the kids between trips to the beach just a short walk away. We really enjoyed talking with the owners, Jen and Joe, who live next door. Given our unfamiliarity with the island, their recommendations and advice were helpful and appreciated.

Those in our group who had to keep up with work while traveling really appreciated the fast Internet and the wifi that extended onto the porch and by the pool. Made responding to emails more enjoyable!

The location of the house was ideal for us - the free trolley was a short (half a block) walk from the front steps of the house, and the beach was just beyond that. We found the trolley to be a little slower at times than just walking to the nearby restaurants or attractions. Surprisingly, we didn't find many dining options that really wowed us so we really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The house is on a quieter street, with parking in a more private drive behind the home. With younger kids we never had to worry about them while outside and in the evening we had plenty of room to play, throwing a football or just enjoying the weather.

We've rented a number of vacation homes in the past, but this was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Hands-down, this was far and away the cleanest, and best cared for, house we've ever rented. I have to imagine it's hard to keep up with the wear and tear that comes with a weekly rental property; it is very clear that Jen and Joe take a lot of pride in their home.

We were very lucky to find this rental, and have already booked our trip for the same time next year. It hasn't always been our experience that a home is as described or pictured online. This home lived up to the high expectations we had based on the description of the home, and the reviews others had given. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Hidden Gem

2203 is a hidden gem on Anna Maria Island. We have been staying in this property for many years and hope to continue in the future. Every detail has been thought of and the house is meticulously cleaned ready for your arrival. Jen and Joe are amazing hosts and want to ensure that you have a memorable vacation; no stone is left unturned and nothing is too much trouble. All commodities are provided - you really do just need to arrive with your beach gear!

Locally there are many restaurants and fun places to watch the sunset with a cocktail, ride the free trolley bus or just sit on the sand and relax. In the afternoon laze in your own pool, read a book and then catch a few zzzzs under a parasol. This really is paradise - but you can't take my weeks!!

Wonderful first visit

The home is beautiful and well maintained. We really liked being one block away from the busy main street. It was quiet and very little traffic in front of the house. The pool is a nice alternative to the ocean and we had some exciting rounds of ping pong on the rainy days. The free trolley service has stops just a block from the house so it is easy to get around without getting in the car. Walking is definitely another alternative since shops and restaurants are close by. The beach is right across the street and is beautiful!

Great vacation house

We found the perfect house in the perfect location for our vacation. Believe me you will not be disappointed with this house. It was very clean,spacious and tastefully decorated. It is located on a quiet street just a few steps from the beach and the trolley stop. There is a beautiful pool, if you get tired of the beach. The house is equipped with many pool toys and everything you need for the beach. My grandsons enjoyed the ping pong table and the games that are provided. Jen and Joe, the home owners, are wonderful people. They are dedicated to making your vacation the best it can be. We truly enjoyed our two weeks on Anna Maria Island. We hope to vacation there again next year and look forward to returning to the same house. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect Vacation

Our spring break family vacation here could not have gone better. Sometimes discovering a new place can take some time to get use too, but this was not the case . The house offered us everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our 11 month old granddaughter to safely explore. Having the pool was great for her because she did not take well to the sand and Gulf water. I'm sure that will change. My daughter, son-in-law and son did enjoy the beach and discovering Anna Maria at night. The location of the house is excellent because you are close to shopping, the shuttle and the heart of the island. I got to my first spring training game which was a lot of fun. I recommend seeing a not so popular team play the Bucs because it was not so crowded which gave us the ability to sit at the Tiki bar, for a while, and watch the game.
