Dunes of Seagrove is a luxury condo on Scenic Hwy 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach. If you're familiar with Scenic Hwy 30A, you know it's a step up from crowded Destin and Panama City Beach. We are new owners since 2011.

The condo was professionally redecorated in 2012, and again fall 2016. This includes new designer furniture (Drexel Heritage and Pottery Barn) - new bedding - new furnishings - fresh paint. In 2014, new carpet, new lighting, and new outdoor furniture were added. In 2016, a new 60" Samsung Smart TV and entertainment center were added as well a new stove and microwave. Also in 2016, new master bedroom furniture was added and the bedding in both bedrooms was replaced with premium Pottery Barn.

The pictures do not do justice to perhaps one of the nicest two bedroom condos on 30A. We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had at a reasonable price so we are offering our condo at very competitive, discounted rates. You get a platinum level condo at a bronze level price. Because we offer the best beachfront value, we experienced 100% occupancy from January - October 2013 and again for that period in 2014. Our main goal is your satisfaction. We know your time is precious and we want you to enjoy every minute of your vacation.

About Ken

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Why Ken chose South Walton

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.

Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo in a great neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Great restaurants and shopping are all around and it's only 20-25 minutes to the Destin outlet mall. The new Northwest Florida Beach International Airport is only 30-35 minutes away.

What makes this condo unique

Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.

Great location. Will definitely come back.

The location was great! Loved that we could go down one flight of stairs and be at our car and near the pool. We only had to use the elevator when we checked in and checked out, nice.

The condo was very tastefully decorated and comfy. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. We have stayed in other units in the Dunes of Seagrove but we decided this was our favorite.

We will definitely come back.

We have stayed in various accommodations on the gulf and have been satisfied. After a week at this location in this condo, we are spoiled - 5 star all the way. We look to returning over an over.

4th time staying at this wonderful condo!!

This condo never disappoints!! The updates the owner has made since our last visit were lovely. Our youngest child slept in the new sleeper sofa in the master bedroom with us and while it would've easily fit an adult, it was perfect for a three year old not used to full size beds. The tiled deck was so nice and we enjoyed the new furniture. We love the quick walk through the pool to the beach, easy access to 30a and amazing restaurants, the well stocked kitchen so we can make meals, and the washer and dryer (a MUST with a family of 5!!) Thanks for the hospitality, Ken, we look forward to our next trip!!

Great Location, Nicely Decorated

My family of 4 (2 young children) spent a great week in March at this condo. One of the things I really liked about the condo was the location as it was very close to my parking spot, pool, and beach. The condo is on the second floor (first floor is parking garage) so all we had to do is walk one flight of stairs and avoided the elevator all week. The condo was really nice and well decorated. Liked the big 60" TV. Will definitely go back.

VERY VERY NICE

My husband and I rented this condo for two weeks in May/June. It is a beautiful condo, very clean, and a great location. We really liked the covered parking. Kitchen was well stocked. Very comfortable and stylish furniture. Huge TV in the living area. There were a few appliance problems that were beyond the owner's control and we were impressed at how quickly they were repaired. The owner was ALWAYS very responsive! We liked the location of the condo, too -- not right on top of the pool with the noise, but close enough to have a beautiful view of the pool and bbq grills. We could see the gulf. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by but without the crowds of Seaside and Rosemary. Very easy walk to the beach.

The northwest Florida beaches are the best in the USA. The beaches of South Walton along scenic highway 30A are the best of the best. This condo in on Seagrove Beach between Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary Beach, and next to Deer Lake park. There is no better beach location.
