This beautiful ocean front apartment offers all the amenities you will need and more. You and your guest will enjoy a calm and relax athmosphere or an adventure to a oasis nestled where the clear, blue waters of the Caribbean Sea meet the beautiful surf of the Atlantic Ocean. Warm island breezes at night and shining hot Caribbean sun during the day will enchant you. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building complex which is adjacent (walking distance) to the famous El Conquistador Resort. Situated on the northeastern tip of Puerto Rico, 31 miles from San Juan and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), near El Yunque Rain Forest, and the famous Las Croabas and four miles from the stores and attractions of downtown Fajardo. At El Conquistador you can golf, utilized the spa, and casino if you wish, but you are responsible for all fees. If this is not enough, you can take an 8-minute boat ride to Palomino Island, take a ferry ride to or fly to the other adjacent islands (Vieques, St. Thomas, St. Croix, etc). There are plenty of restaurants close by where you can enjoy the great flavors of our Puerto Rican cuisine. Come visit us soon, we can't wait to have you as our guest!

Stunning Ocean Front Apartment Next to El Conquistador Resort

Fabulous view

Fabulous view from the 6th floor balcony, sun rising just across the horizon. Sunny all day while the roof of the balcony lets you enjoy it after 10 AM in the shade as well. Charming decoration inside, spacious for a one-room apt. Clean, everything working. Secure, with the steel-grid door, though that gives it the look of, well, some other kind of place. Convenient parking right in the complex. The local manager Eduardo was very helpful. We texted with him all the way in to find the condo. El Yunque National Park is close by, about 25 minutes. Easy to get there. A must-see. The posh El Conquistador Resort is next to the condo-complex and highly visible in the ad, but it's off limits. Now and then the gate was unlocked, so we sneaked in but they don't let you on the ferry to Palomino Island or into the pool. The other side of the condo-complex, from which you approach it, is less appealing. Couple of restaurants and a park for kids to play but no stores or beach in walking distance. A car is an absolute must.

Thanks for everything .We had a SUPER weekend in your plase.Very clean and comfortable.THe people you had in charge,are very gentle and familiar.They wait for us at the highway to drive us to the place.I already recommended to my friend.Thanks Lorraine for everything .

Needs improvement

Pros: Incredible view from room. Located right next door to El Conquistador Resort. Quite most of the time. No bugs. Plenty of hangers in closet. Fairly clean upon arrival.

Cons: I was told Raul and Marilyn would be meeting me when I arrived; no one met me. I needed to be escorted by security guard to the sixth floor because you need a key to work the elevator - which I was NOT told. You also need a parking pass; which I was NOT told and was "ordered" to see the Condo Manager, Ms. Rodriguez, on the seventh floor to explain. She was NOT friendly at all. Made me call Raul on my phone. It turned out the owner, Lorraine, kept her parking pass in her vehicle. Main road given in directions to the condo was blocked for construction the entire week; thank god I found another way around. AC unit blows directly on you when you sleep, so it is not very comfortable if you keep it on at night. No instructions on how to work any electronics in condo. No hair dryer, something every hotel would have. Not enough towels for the entire week. No instructions on where to take trash. Dishes in cabinets were dirty as was the coffee maker; had mold growing inside. Limited amount of chairs at pool. Balcony sliding doors need handle replaced in order to open from outside (it had sharp wire instead).

I hope there are improvements to the managing of this condo in the future so others will not have to go through the same thing. It is a nice condo; just needs better management/instructions.

Great Place, Great Stay!

We stayed at this place for two nights, and the owner was great at giving detail instructions to help us find the place, as it could get confusing. Her instructions were very helpful! When we arrived in Las Croabas, and happened upon the building, the guy at the entrance (Nicholas) was aware that we were coming and he was very very helpful!

We rode up the elevator and at first, we thought the building looked a little old. However, the opened the doors to the studio and were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and well appointed. There's a bed, and two futons (as photographed), as well as a little kitchenette, and balcony. We also had Wifi access and a parking pass.

This place has a great view (right on the ocean), and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the wave s and enjoying our surroundings.

Great Location

First, Lorraine was great at keeping in contact before getting there. The actual condo itself is in a great location and the view was spectacular! The actual amenities were okay; there were a few updates that needed to be done and I wish there was a more homey feel (such as soap, Kleenex, cooking necessities to use). Overall, it was a pleasant stay, condo neighbors are friendly and would recommend to others.

This apartment was very clean and we enjoyed our 9 day stay very much.

There was some noise from the boats in the mooring area, but the breezes were very gentle and welcome.

There was some maintenance being done on stairways for entry to the apartments at the front, but that occurred only during our last morning, so that was a minor distraction.

We liked the access to nearby attractions like El Yunque and nearby beaches. Restaurants in Las Croabas were modestly priced and served very tasty Caribbean dishes.
