This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit Condo features a Full Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Two Private Patios for relaxing and/or entertaining, and a Great Location near the newly redone Pool and Spa. Mountain Views from front - sit outside and enjoy your coffee while taking in all of the natural splendor of the Valley. Sliding doors off both Bedrooms, private gated seating area, and is just steps to the Newly Redone Pool and Spa!

Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed, one with a King-Size Bed in the Master and one Queen bed in 2nd guest room. There is also a Large L-Shaped, Very Comfortable, Mid-Century Sectional in the Living Room. The unit has its own private Washer/Dryer for ease and convenience-Located on the back patio, in closet. There is one covered, assigned parking space and there are multiple guest parking spaces within the complex steps away.

The Back Patio runs the length of the unit with access off of Both Bedrooms from sliders and is Steps to the Newly Redone Pool and Spa. The Front patio is off the main living room & smaller but has a table and chairs as well, and a New Gas Grill as well as some Mtn views, perfect for am coffee!

Access to this complex is via Security Gate only. There are 3 pools & spas & manicured grounds - you are in a Prime Central Location, close to Shopping, Restaurants, Three Casinos, the Airport, Hiking, Horseback Riding and Multiple Golf Courses.

Desert get away

The unit was quite comfortable, everything worked well, bathrooms functional, but tired. Patios were not very inviting, no umbrella and no relaxing chairs… could use an update. Over all was a pleasant say, weather wasn’t quite suitable for sitting outside, so wasn’t an issue this year. Frank was very prompt with answers to our questions and very thorough with the check in.

Close to wveeything

Frank is the best. Check in with him and keeping in touch throughout our stay was wonderful. The unit is steps from the pool which we used daily, often just us two. We were a short drive to everything. Airport, shopping and Palm Springs. We had a great trip and are sad to leave. We highly recommend this rental and we will be back.
