Perfectly located 2,500 sq.ft. open floor plan two story automated home within minutes of casinos, shopping, spa, golf, fine dining, restaurants, parks, grocers, drycleaners, airport, etc.

I lived at this property four years and the neighborhood is great! Very private, safe, and quiet. Even though Las Vegas is a desert this home has amazing views from all sides inside and out upstairs and downstairs. This was a master planned community, so the amount of parks in the vicinity along with miles of bike and walking trails is amazing. Not to mention the greenery all around could make you forget your in Vegas. I guess that's why it became 'Green Valley'. Whether you're a local or vacationer everything you need is within a minutes drive.

Having lived all around the Henderson & Las Vegas area since 1980, in my opinion this area is by far the best...

Interior: Beautifully detailed layout throughout with two almost identical master suites, 22 foot high ceilings in the main great room area w/granite fireplace, 50in hdtv, up lighting, and bamboo hardwood floors. Large kitchen features plenty of cabinet space, island, granite counter tops, under/over cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, & cooking utensils galore. Island seats two and bistro table in nook seats three. Courtyard entry with planters full of green and seating for 4. Hi-top formal dining room table and chairs overlooks the courtyard. Loft has its own balcony with seating for two, desk, computer, oversized chair, ottoman, and sits next to bedroom 3. Each bedroom has its own closet organizer with drawers, dual hanging, shoerack, jewelry box, hamper, shelves, etc. Home automation: Electronic entry (no keys needed), touchscreen temperature and security control make everything easy for any guest to use.

Exterior: Backyard is amazingly landscaped and features covered deck with ceiling fan, misters, lighting, 2 tier tiki bar w/natural gas grill, fridge, and palapa. Seats 4 at patio table, 4 at the bar, and 2 by the pool comfortably. Elevated oversized in-ground spa with water feature, & fire pot. Accessible from downstairs master suite. Open these doors and the backyard becomes an extension of the bedroom complete with 40in hdtv on swivel & wireless speakers. Enjoy your favorite music, show, or ballgame while floating in comfort from your favorite raft.

Owner Comment: I'm confident I won't, but I have yet to have a disappointed guest stay at this property. My goal is to have return guests, so the standard set at this property is pretty high...I wouldn't call this your run of the mill rental. If you decide to book this property, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

The almost identical dual Master Suites sets this home apart from most others along with the properties attention to detail. In addition, this property takes advantage of all it's outdoor living space including a courtyard, a patio on the second level, a covered deck on the first level, an outdoor bar, a spool, and two other lounge areas. You could literally live spend the majority of your time in these areas and the inside in truly on another level. What a lovely home! The nicest rental we have ever stayed in. We loved the decor and it was so nice to have so much space. The yard was very cute...we would have used it even more if it was cooler. Loved the closets and bedroom furniture. Very close to GVR for our daughters dance competition and Lucilles BBQ has great food, Yum!

We enjoyed our week staying at your 333 property very much. It was a great location and very well equipped with most everything we could need. Some extra bathroom towels would have been helpful but other than that we were very pleased and would absolutely look into staying there again for our next Las Vegas vacation.

Tropical Escape ~ Refreshing Pool & Waterfall

Beautiful Smart Home with modern furnishings, 2 Master King size beds with comfortable mattress & pillows and each with Master Bathroom double sinks, tub & shower and closed door toilet. The kitchen was fully stocked with cubed ice dispenser & water in fridge, grill under palapa shaded patio tiki bar for cooking out. We loved being in the pool everyday with waterfall & fire pit in the evening. The water temp. was cool & refreshing with palm trees providing shade late afternoon in 100 + degree heat. Close to airport, grocery store, restaurants, & gas station and we appreciated use of garage door opener. We were in town for a wedding and would stay again and also highly recommend the Stoneridge home to family & friends.

Property was nice, owner Not nice

We Stayed for 7 weeks. 1st week told owner that we wanted the temp to be set at 70 at night and 74-76 in the day time, also asked him where the air filters were and chlorine tablets were for the pool. The air filters were caked with dust and we found a dead mouse in the pool and there was no chlorine in the chlorine holder. The Owner told us that he would not turn the temp down this low and that we would have to acclimate to the temperature he set, he told me where I could get the air filters and wanted to know what a mouse in the pool had to do with chlorine and said the pool man would take care of it. From this point forward he labeled us as complainers. We told the owner that if he would google the best temperature for sleeping he would find that it is between 68-72, he said " When it comes to hospitality I trust the 10 year history of the prop & my guests, not google. Googling something doesn't make it true nor does it take into account conditions. Again, never had a request for 68 degrees with an outside temp of 105 in ten years of renting this property and you are the first to have this complaint as my many many reviews prove." And when we told him that their is no airflow in the bottom bedroom he said that we have to leave the bedroom door open all the time because the whole downstairs works together with the air and it wont work correctly if we close the bedroom door.

Well, we didn't keep the door closed because it's the bedroom. We turned the air to 70 at night sometimes even 68 to get the room cool enough to sleep in because it was always hotter then the rest of the house, as previously stated I changed the air filters out at the beginning of the stay because they were caked with dust.

So he started messing with the ac remotely. He turned it up to 81 several times, 76 a lot and 78, he had all sorts of remote time sets to turn up air and make us uncomfortable during the stay

when I asked him to stop turning the air up to 81 and told him to yahoo search that it is costing him more to do this he said "You state doing this since 04’ and state that I’m the problem but my reviews didn’t get there by accident…maybe it’s you that’s the problem. Quit turning the air down to 68 degrees that’s what costs more and burdens the system, I’ve told you multiple times to leave the system alone but you don’t seem to understand English or care."

There is so much more he did but VRBO limits the size of response

Owner's Response: After reading Troy’s review, I would urge actual vacationers to read others including reviews from my other props 3021395 & 4452853. As you’ll see, we successfully provide our Guests wonderful service, clean & well amended properties w/all the comforts of home and pride ourselves in doing so. Unfortunately, Troy was the most difficult/disrespectful person I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. He essentially uses vacation rentals as a cheap way to travel for work subletting rooms to others which he did not disclose at any time during the booking process. His communication skills are lacking, starting every conversation w/a complaint referencing internet search hits as truths. This review heading “Property was nice…” is the first time he stated something positive. Troy didn’t follow instructions @ check-in, nor did he review the Hospitality App which is a very helpful tool for guests to avoid exact situations such as this, including the pool which is serviced weekly & instructions for the HVAC. Someone had the audacity to instruct the pool guy to replace a $300 part without consulting me which they wouldn’t normally replace since it’s covered under home warranty, but the guest’s demeanor was so adamant demanding it be fixed right now. His predetermined mentality of a vacation home is that of a hotel with no regard to the property or the expenses incurred by owner. His party’s excessive energy use racked up the highest utility bills across the board, power +100%, water +300%, gas +400% based on previous year time period. I offered multiple times to meet with him about his hvac issues, to explain the system, confirm the temperature of the spaces & service if needed, but he declined to comply stating he didn’t have time. I then started to question whether or not he was even occupying the property and in more detailed review of his emails, I noticed that most of his statements started w/”my roommate tells me…” or “my roommate says…”; I never did actually see him. After check-out, it took our cleaning crew 10hrs to deep clean & reorganize the home along with having the carpets cleaned due to high traffic. In their 7 week stay, I don’t believe a single finger was lifted to clean anything including washing of the linens being used…the showers were black, bbq sauce all over the outside of the grill, countertops, and walls. You could write your name in the dust on the furniture. These are the bullet points, I too could go on & on & on…

We loved the house. It had a great floorplan and was tastefully decorated. The backyard was just like a spa. The property was nestled in a nice neighborhood and just a short hop to Route 215. We had a great stay!
