Incredibly located ski-in/ski-out condo directly in front of Sterling lift, next to the world famous stein Eriksen Lodge at Silver Lake Village. With views of the Deer Valley ski runs, this recently remodeled 1-bedroom, 1.75 bathroom, 990 square foot unit has wood burning fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom. There is a couch bed in the living room and a king bed in the master bedroom. On the outside deck facing the ski runs is a private hot tub. The master bathroom has a jetted tub with separate shower. There is a 60' flat screen TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

I highly recommend staying here. Amazing location, well maintained and great customer service. Ron and Dave and were great host, very accommodating and eager to help. Steps from the lifts and the free ski concierge overnight night service makes it so easy to get to the sloops with ease.

excellent 1 BR condo in amazing location

If you are looking for a 1 Bedroom condo in deer valley look no further. this was our first trip to the area and we scored this gem. If you are unfamiliar with DV layout, this is in silver lake, right next to sterling express lift and steps away from the silver lake village and several restaurants (which we never actually ate at...we preferred to take included transportation service into Park City each night). There are ski rental places steps away from you as well. Its mid-mountain location is great for catching first chair and beating all the others to the top for freshly groomed snow in the morning. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown park city from the underground parking garage attached to unit. However, if you are looking for a exciting night life or rowdy après ski scene you wont find it here.

Location is so good we literally put on our ski boots on the back patio (pictured above) and walked 10 steps thru the snow to attach our skis and get on the lift. The personal hot tub has a fabulous view of the mountain and we got several comments even from some DV ski instructors walking by on how great our location was while we relaxed with a beverage in the hot tub. the inside of the condo unit has 2 fireplaces and has been renovated recently to look spectacular. It really has all the comforts of home, plus heated floors which my wife loved! Included in stay was firewood, laundry supplies, dish soap, coffee supplies, newspaper...literally everything we needed.

I actually hesitated to book this place because we thought we might prefer a more "full service" experience that you can get at a hotel...but in reality the service here is one of the best aspects. The manager Ron is excellent. he anticipated our arrival, met us in garage and personally assisted us into unit for check in. His 3 sons work for him and serve as drivers to take you to town in evenings. It was like having a personal concierge but without the stuck up attitude you get at 5 star hotels.

there are ONLY one downside I can think of: cost...Its not cheap but neither is anything in Deer Valley, as we learned. If we have the ability to come back again we will in a heartbeat.

5 star property !!!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. It is perfectly located in Silver Lake Village and within walking distance of several great restaurants. This was our first trip to Park City in the summer and we loved it. We were greeted by the property manager who provided us with great information about the area. There are 2 wood burning fireplaces and a beautiful patio with a hot tub and a very well stocked gourmet kitchen. We have already booked this condo again for the coming ski season and looking forward to returning.

Really nice rental

My husband and I came to Deer Valley to celebrate our anniversary. It was hard to find one bedroom rentals at reasonable prices. This place was really great. The pictures do not do it justice. We were greeted at check in by a very personable and professional property manager, Ron. The condo was lovely -- pretty high-end. Aveda toiletries, memory foam mattress, wood burning fireplaces (didn't need in July), well stocked kitchen, were some of the features we noticed. The area is so pretty. Best of all, the unit has a large, ground-level patio, with comfy chairs, hot tub and a great view of the mountains and the ski area. This would be heavenly during ski season. In the summer, it was peaceful, which is what we wanted. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. We'd sure stay here again.
