Casa Verde is a recently constructed three bedroom house located in Playa Junquillal, Costa Rica. The house is nestled within Tierra Pacifica, Costa Rica's premier environmental estate. Casa Verde offers you the unique opportunity to experience remarkable animals, flora and fauna of the dry tropical forest within close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see.
Casa Verde’s open design incorporates the natural surroundings of the forest, beautiful landscaping and comfortable amenities to allow you to get the most out of your visit to Costa Rica. Wake up to howler monkeys, watch the astounding array of birds and animals, enjoy the amazing plants and flowers, pick seasonal fruit from our many fruit trees or just relax in the upstairs terrazzo, living/dining room, or screened porch.
Tierra Pacifica, where Casa Verde is located, is a wonderful place to be. Enjoy the pool, lap pool, hot tub, exercise room and/or tennis court at Club Arbol. Walk the roads and nature trails within the estate. Take part in the yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Feel secure and carefree knowing there 24 hour guards at Tierrra Pacifica.
Playas Junquillal and Blanca are only a few minutes away by car. You can also get to Playa Junquillal on foot via the beach trail. Eat at the local restaurants or buy food to cook at the nearby markets. Want to surf? Playas Negra and Avellanas are only about 15 - 20 minutes away and Tamarindo is about 40. We recommend Playa Avellanas if you are interested in surf lessons.
The downstairs layout of Casa Verde includes the master bedroom (king sized bed) with a full bathroom, the open dining room/living room area, a half bathroom, outdoor shower, screened porch, and fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs layout includes two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, a laundry area and outdoor terrazzo, half of which is covered. There is extensive tropical landscaping surrounding the house which includes many fruit trees.
