The summer is full of county fairs, farmers' markets, Crazy Days and plenty of other enjoyable activies. During the winter there are numerous snowmobile trails, ski trials and abundant lakes for ice fishing awaiting your arrival.

Guestbook comments from the owner

My Review: This cabin is a must enjoy get-away . It has the 3'C's- cozy, comfortable and clean. We sat on the dock and fished, enjoyed the lake and watched a sunset that evening that was splended. (And no mosquitoes!!!)It has more amenities than a hotel room and much more affordable. We would recommend this cabin for a quiet get-away with some rest and relaxation.

I would recommend this cabin for Adventure Seekers, Age 55+,Girls Get-away,Romantic Get-away

Beautiful setting, relaxing and quiet, and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at peace of pines. Lisa was amazingly helpful. She was a very good communicator , and thoughtful of our needs. The cabin was very clean and had many little extras ( games, books, and puzzles) available that made our time there fun. We would recommend Peace of Pine to anyone wanting a place to escape

Very peaceful and quiet!

  • 5 of 5

We had such a lovely time here celebrating our years of being together :) It's the most peaceful and quiet place we've ever traveled to. It's hard to believe we had neighbors because we hardly heard anyone. We really enjoyed fishing off the pontoon. It was a terrific bonus!! Though, we caught most of our fish off the dock. The cabin was small and cozy--the perfect size for us two! Downtown Mora was a cute little area to explore. It was cold and windy during the last two days of our stay, so we didn't do many things outside. Other than that, it was the perfect place for a romantic and quiet getaway :) Definitely looking forward to returning someday!

Owner's Response: Thank you. I would agree. It is the perfect place for a little peace and quiet and a great place to celebrate simply anything. Fishing off the dock seems to bring in as much luck if not more than going out to the middle of the lake. I always put in a request for good weather and no mosquitos but the good Lord has other plans sometimes. I am glad it was all good anyway. I look forward to your next visit. Thanks again!
