This special Charleston style six bedroom, five and a half bath house has it all. This former model home with over the top amenities and decorations includes a heated pool with whirlpool jets in one corner.

Beautiful Brazilian wood floors, 10 foot ceilings, and a gourmet chef's kitchen with a professional Viking stove with six burners, a convection oven, a Viking dishwasher, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar.

There is a small plasma TV in the Kitchen for the Chef to enjoy while preparing dinner. The great room adjacent to the kitchen features a fireplace flanked by art and bureaus. Another plasma TV with a DVD player is located in the great room. The beautiful dining room area is equipped with comfortable seating for six to eight people. The balcony off of the dining room allows guests to enjoy the comforting breezes of Hilton Head while seating in one of the two rocking chairs.

The second floor has three bedroom suites each with a private bath featuring dual head spa showers. One of the bedrooms on the second floor also has a Jacuzzi tub. There is a laundry center conveniently located on the second floor as well. While doing laundry you can enjoy a cold refreshment from the built in wet bar. This floor also includes another balcony with two rocking chairs, a table, and ceiling fans for your enjoyment.

The third floor boasts two additional large bedrooms with an extra large Jack and Jill bath between the two rooms. From this level you have views of the ocean and a special media area in one of the rooms. A built in 60 inch Sony Plasma TV with a DVD player and surround sound are also located on this floor. There is also another wet bar located in this room. This is ideal for kids to watch movies and/or for adults to watch the big game This levels balcony includes view of the Atlantic Ocean, rocking chairs, a table and ceiling fans.

For those who still need to attend business affairs or if you need to look up something on the internet, this home includes a workstation with a computer and high speed road runner wireless internet service. The designer swimming pool is enclosed by a fenced in backyard and can be heated for an additional fee. The pool is open to the outside but under roof, which can be used as a whirlpool tub at one end when the pool heater is turned on (additional charges apply to heat the pool and tub).

This mid island location is close to all of the island's many attractions. Directly across the street is Chaplin Park, which offers ball fields, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
