Location: Glacier's Reach, Whistler Village, Village North, Whistler, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (1.5 hours by Bus or Car from Vancouver International Airport) next to Marketplace (IGA, liquor store, pharmacy, starbucks, McDonalds, 7-11, etc
Accommodations: Townhome, 2 Bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds), New Sofa Bed, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6 comfortably, max 6). We also have access to two other units at Glaciers Reach which is 5 min walk away (see listing vrbo #324819) so three units can be rented to accommodate 18 people.
Located in the very popular Glacier's Reach townhouse complex The unit features a private hot tub on the outdoor patio.
You can keep your car parked for the duration of your stay, as the Village Stroll, a pedestrian-only promenade lined with shops and restaurants that winds into the heart of the Village, begins directly across the street. As well, it is only an eight-minute walk to the lifts (or catch the FREE shuttle directly across the street), and The Marketplace, Whistler's largest shopping centre, is also located across the street. The townhouse is just minutes from three world-class golf courses, and the Glacier's Reach complex adjoins the Valley Trail system, allowing for easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails.
In addition to the private hot tubs, some of the features of the townhouse include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas fireplace, BBQ, Jacuzzi, deep soaker tub, internet access, TV in living room, 1 LCD TV's a DVD player,player, and a CD stereo player. As well, guests have access to the outdoor heated pool, shared hot tub, sauna, fitness centre, underground secured parking, and bike storage in the Glacier's Reach complex.
Brand New Lazy boy furniture in the living room,The sofa bed has new memory foam mattress that is better than most regular mattress. You no longer have to fight over who gets the sofa bed. New blinds have also been installed and Brand New floors (Oct 2015)
Condiments, spices, foil, saran wrap, coffee/coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner provided.
This unit has been recently extensively renovated.

We enjoyed ourselves and felt we had everything that we needed. Location location location is the key to this place . Just off the Hwy easy to find and close to all the amenities and the village.
Property is well positioned just over the road from the main village area. Hot tub on the deck is a treat. Everything you need is provided in the property. Parking under the building is handy, too.
The property is very well located and is walking distance to most facilities. It is not a two bedroom unit but two separate units joined together at the top of the stairs, a very unsatisfactory arrangement when the connecting hallway is not available. Very unsafe for small kids.
The property needs a lot of maintenance to be worth the money asked for the unit.
Even though it was one of the hottest periods of the summer in Whistler the swimming pool was not available for use for the entire time we were there.
The BBQ on the verandah was putrid and not useable and the verandah itself had not been cleaned for some time. The toaster in the kitchen was not working and we found another toaster that only toasted one side. The hallway cupboard was full of junk and was not useable as was the main bedroom cupboard.
The toilet roll holder in the "second unit" was broken and the toilet paper had to be kept on the floor. There were marks and gouges on the walls and lampshades etc.
As you have to pay a security deposit on the unit I photographed all the deficiencies and showed them to the receptionist as I was not about to be made responsible for all the maintenance problems.
After complaining about the standard of maintenance of the unit, the Manager agreed with me that a refund of part of the rental be made, and he was good for his word.
Overall the unit would be a great place to stay if the maintenance was up to scratch and the connecting hallway was useable.
We stayed here for ironman Canada. It was walking distance to everything. Grocery store right across the street. Ironman expo was also across the street. Once we got in to town, we parked the car and didn't drive it again until we left to go home. We will be back for sure.
Place was clean. Nice amenities. Private hot tub was nice after hiking. Dryer broke on first day and parking is poorly managed by the mgmt group there, but otherwise everything else was great.
Best location in Whistler. Right across the street from the IGA supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, bars and restaurants. Free shuttle to the lifts or a 7 minute walk
