About JOHN BURNS
I have been a Real Estate agent in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills for Sotheby's and the John Aaroe Group. I currently reside in Palm Springs and continue selling Real Estate. From my early school years, I can remember riding my bicycle to all the neighboring new housing developments in Miami, Florida where I was born and raised to look at the furnished model homes. My life long love and appreciation for quality design began there and continued to my college and early work years in Texas and my 37 years in Los Angeles. This is property # 17 for me. I am certain I have at least one more home project in me but for now, I am content. I have a second bedroom & bath addition planned for this property in the Summer/Fall of 2020
JOHN BURNS purchased this House in 2007
Why JOHN BURNS chose Warm Sands
I am quite fond of the Warm Sands Neighborhood for a number of reasons. It is one of the oldest if not the oldest neighborhoods in Palm Springs. It has had many famous residents from Bugsy Seigle to Walt & Roy Disney (separate properties but across the street from each other). The first residential homes built were primarily Spanish in their architecture (Adobe and Stucco). In the 1940's the Ranch style became popular and in the 1950s-1960s most of the homes built were Mid Century Modern in design. The mountain views from the house and neighborhood are some of the best in Palm Springs. Walking and bicycling are great modes of transportation to downtown Palm Springs. I see a bright future for this area along with positive growth and enrichment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's Santa Rosa home. It is nicely decorated, with great art and we appreciated the private patios and plants outside the house. This home is located close to downtown , so we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. What a treat!

My 2nd Stay
Adorable house, well stocked and equipped, fantastic location, responsive owner
Awesome Warm Sands
We spent 5 days in Palm Springs at the lively Warm Sands property. John was very easy to deal with and the home was just as the photos show online. The location is fabulous as it's only a couple of blocks from downtown. The bed is SO COMFORTABLE we wanted to take it home with us! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Palm Springs!
Close to down town
Booked last minute for 4th of July weekend. Close to family who live in Palm Springs and we could bring our dogs. John was a pleasure to rent from.
Nice house, helpful owner and convenient location.
The property is closer to the downtown shopping district, well maintained, kitchen is fully equipped and John took care of all our needs.
