Cute and comfortable! Great location!
We absolutely loved our stay and plan on returning! The house is immaculate and so cute! The kitchen is very well-stocked, and the covered deck and screened porch are awesome! The water views and sunsets are amazing too! It’s an easy walk or bike ride to everything to do.
We loved the Lucky Duck cottage. We had a group of three couples, and everyone's room and the living spaces were very comfortable and much more spacious than the photos reveal. The decks and views are by far the best part of Lucky Duck. Definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay here again next year.
What a great place and a nice surprise!
The pictures on the internet do not do this house justice. The downstairs living/dining room area is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The house is amazingly clean; very private and outstanding views. The kitchen has everything needed and the Weber charcoal grill cooks fabulously. We enjoyed he screened porch and the large unscreened porch (during daytime - mosquitos at night were killers). We kept our Jon boat and kayaks nearby and enjoyed riding our bikes to nearby downtown etc. Only issue we had was third bedroom has 4 adults and they were a little crowded; a little noisy with the snorers. Having two separate air conditioning units helped a lot along with all of the ceiling fans.
Very nice and secluded
The property is a little small in the upstairs bedrooms but huge in the living area on the first floor. Good parking for three vehicles and a bike rack as well. Outdoor area for fish cleaning and a shower outside as well. Screened in porch and a very nice grill downstairs. Separate air conditioners for upstairs and downstairs is nice.
Property is in the village within biking or walking distance to restaurants, shops and the harbor area. Don't miss a hike to Springer's Point or the night view of the sky with no street lights.
