About the property

San Bernado is the main house of this estate. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a roofed patio with a view of the sea and the Penon de lfach. There is also a whirlpool and a grilling area. The swimming pool and whirlpool area is shared with the guest house. There are 3 parking spaces on the property. There is air conditioning in both of the houses. The guest house has a carport, 2 bedrooms and a small open patio with a sea view. Altogether you can fit 12 people in the 6 bedrooms. A gate separates or connects the property underneath. The new house is called Nuevo Bernardo. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, air conditioning and a pool with a view of the sea. There is a private driveway with an automatic gate that has enough space for 3 cars. Maximum of 10 people can sleep here.

Paradise for water sport enthusiasts and golfers: Sailing, diving, surfing - everything is possible around here. 5 golf courses are located within a 30 km radius.

Terra Mitika and Aqualandia theme parks: These famous amusement parks are located in Benidorm - about 20km away.

Calpe and its large beaches: The Penon de Ifach is the symbol of the Costa Blanca in Calpe. Beautiful beaches stretch out to the left and right of it. Maryvilla is located on a mountain with a stunning view of the sea. It is somewhat far from the main tourist location and you can enjoy its tranquility, but it is also not too far from the center. In Maryvilla there is a small harbor (Puerto Blanco) with a small beach. The water gradually gets deeper - but at a slow rate (ideal for children).

Great place for a family vacation.

The location and views are great. Out of the pool you can watch the Mediterranean sea and unique houses Spain has. It is a roomy place and we had no issues housing 12. The location is very quiet. Werner, the owner, is very helpful and great to deal with. Enough to do around the area to see and visit. Not too far from Airports, beaches and shops. We liked the place very much.

San Bernado

This was a :- ( house. The kitchen is old.. The bathrooms are very dirty and tings broken, like the shower and the toilet. No internet is in the house. The outdoor furniture's are old. Need to be renewed! But the garden is very nice and also the pool. Fantastic view!

von anfang an hatten wir in diesem Haus einen Verwoehn-Urlaub. wenn wir im Pool geschwommen haben , dachten wir wir Koennen bis aufs meer schwimmen. auch hat uns der Whirlpool sehr gut Gedanken.Abends haben wir oft auf einen der schoenen Terrassen den Abend genossen. Das Haus war fuer uns genau das was wir gesucht haben. wir kommen bestimmt

Es müsste investiert werden!

Das Haus liegt in der Urb. Maryvilla, ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und die Anfahrt durch die engen und kurvigen Wege nicht für jederman geeignet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist großartig, Größe ist auch top, jedoch ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil defekt (z.B. Balkontür, Poolfliesen, Rolladen). Wenn man über die Mängel hinwegsehen kann, dann ist es eine Empfehlung. Achtung: Das Nachbarhaus ist sehr nahe, wer unbeobachtet sein möchte sollte das berücksichtigen.

Maryvilla is located about 3km from Calpe. You take the A 7 coming from the Altea/Calpe exit and turn on to the national street N-332 towards Calpe. After about 7km, you will go through 3 tunnels and 500m after this you will see the urbanization of Maryvilla on the right side. Right after exiting you will see the first sign for the Maryvilla restaurants - follow these signs! Maryvilla is made up of a lot of single family homes and is located on a mountain with a view of the sea, Calpe and the Penon de lfach. Here you will find a recreational harbor, a small beach and a small rocky beach ideal for snorkeling. Several restaurants, a kiosk with rolls, bread and croissants - everything you could need for breakfast and a cafeteria. The supermarkets in Calpe are about 3km away.
