A beautiful, newly built, 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th of 9 floors (ground + 9), with two outdoor patios and elevator. The apartment has two rooms consisting of a kitchen/living room area, a bedroom and bathroom. It is 463 sq. foot or 43 sq. meter large.
The apartment has an enviable location just behind Mornington Crescent tube station. It is a 5 minute walk to London's famous Regents Park, 10 minutes to Camden Town and Euston & St. Pancras International stations.
It is fully equipped with an amazing fitted kitchen with everything you can desire; dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven/ceramic induction hobs and a mircrowave. It also includes an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery and pots & pans. The living room has a wall mounted TV, sofa bed, coffee table, round glass dining table and a small bureau to work from. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, matching furniture including a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a heated towel rail. The apartment is centrally heated throughout.
With its wrap around windows, the apartment is full of light and has wonderful views of the city looking towards Hampstead, the center of London and Euston. It’s a 15 minutes bus ride away from Oxford Circus, the famous center of London shopping, Leicester Square and Shaftsbury Avenue, London's theater land.
Camden High Street is just minutes away with all its amenities; shopping, restaurants and some of the best live music in London. Just beyond Camden Town is the famous Camden Lock Market also easily walkable.

This apartment one after my own heart; in fact I live downstairs! It's such a great location offering a peaceful London neighborhood together with easy access to central London and a short walk to Camden Town.
Do you like jogging? We have Regents Park on our doorstep. It's a five minute walk away or a few minute jog! Then we have Primrose Hill and all the restaurants and shops you can think off. That's before you've even got on a bus for the 15 minute ride to the center of town (or a 7 minute tube ride). We have 4 major tube lines in walking distance. Northern, Victoria and Circle & Metropolitan lines. It’s a perfect compromise between the hustle & bustle of this vibrant city and a connected but quiet city neighborhood.
What a wonderful find! This is an ideal flat for anyone looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable stay in central London.
Daniel was a helpful, yet unobtrusive host, who was always there if needed, which made our stay exceptionally smooth. The apartment is tasteful and elegant, well stocked, with appliances that were in excellent-working condition and new, and that it was all in London made our vacation unforgettable. We loved the location and walked to many sites, such as the British Library where one can see and explore an English heritage along with the British Museum, which defies description. A charming outdoor theatre is close by away from the commercialized musicals that dominate the theatre scene. Sadler Wells also always has dance that is unusual, exciting and truly spectacular. Camden Market is hustle-bustle and quirky and within an easy walk. We took the busses that were almost outside the door for everything else because they went everywhere quickly and efficiently even to Greenwich. When one is tired of London, one is tired of life. But it was still wonderful to come back to this excellent apartment to relax after each exhausting day.
We stayed at Daniels apartment for 5 weeks during Feb and Mar. It was awesome!
In advance of our trip, Daniel responded quickly and was very understanding when we changed our arrival date by 2 days to attend a funeral, allowing us to extend for free on the back end by the same time.
Daniel also allowed us to check in early after our transatlantic flight which was very much appreciated.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and well located for transport (buses and tube), Camden and Regents Park. We were grateful that there were supplies of tea/coffee/soap/laundry detergent etc which made it easier for us to settle in, and appreciated that the apartment was cleaned bi-weekly.
The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. We were grateful to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
The bedroom was very comfortable.
All in all, this apartment is wonderful and represents great value for money in London.

My husband & I stayed here for 1wk in July. Our stay was a wonderful time from check in where we were met my Daniel & shown around the apartment. Check out was easy with Daniel meeting us again with our bond refunded. The apartment is ideally located for public transport with the tube being a 5 min walk & taking you into the city in approx 20mins. Apartment is cosy with everything you need. We loved the fact we could walk to Camden Town in 15 mins which is famous for the markets & lovely restaurants. No negatives from us Aussie travelers.
My stay at Daniel's apartment was during one month in October. Everything have been great, from the greeting to the checkout. The apartment is very clean and has all the thing you can wish for to make your everyday life nice and easy. The bed is Queen size and so is the sofa bed. The trains could be a little noisy now and then, but they seldom start before 6.00 am and if you keep the window closed it is not a big problem. The apartment was warm, which I appreciated, plenty of warm water in the shower as well. The entrance to the house was locked and there was a entry phone with a small tv-screen so that you can see who is calling. This place is highly recommendable! Thank you Daniel!
Daniel's place was more than adequate for my wife and my first trip to London. We were located close to the Tube station (Mornington Crescent) and a bus line to take us further downtown. The apartment was clean and quiet. Daniel was accommodating and we had no issues throughout our stay.
