This vaulted ceiling condo is highly remodeled with hard wood floors & tile throughout. There is a covered carport with secure access. La Jolla City Club offers gorgeous landscaping, open courtyards, impressive architectural design, plenty of parking, 2 secure cover stalls & parking for a RV or trailer.The 1350sqft + condo has been professionally decorated to provide maximum style & comfort. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV, King size bed, private bathroom & outdoor balcony.There is a FLIP FLOP SOFA in the living room that converts to a Queen size bed.The second bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV & shared bathroom. Both remodeled bathrooms have granite counter tops.The fully stocked kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances and granite counter tops.There is also a kitchen bar with bar stools.The hardwood floors give a warm feeling to the tastefully furnished retreat. About Andrew

The house itself is my personal retreat (although it's close to everything, it's very quiet) and has been in my possession for 10 years now. During this time it has been completely renovated, and I continue to use it as my getaway home.

The master bedroom features an extremely comfortable double 'pillow' (king-size) bed; opening onto its own private balcony a full bathroom with glassed-in shower is adjacent.

This is a large and comfortable apartment. Parking is convenient as it is on same level as apartment.and is covered. Location is close to shopping, restaurants, a park and major highways. We would not hesitate to return.

La Jolla Convenient Charmer

The condo was as shown in the picture. The condo complex had a beautiful pool, hot spa and two well lite tennis courts. You can walk to a high end mall in minutes. I found the location as my favor aspect of the condo. The condo was dog friendly with tile and laminate floors. The condo was spacious for the three of us with in unit laundry. My wife, son and I had a great time over the month we stayed in San Diego. The condo overlooks the tennis courts and has a partial view of the pool area. Andrew has also accommodated the condo with three flat screen TV's that have Direct TV. The two bedrooms have large size beds. The master has a nice bathroom and large shower. The secondary bedroom has an unattached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The unit comes with two covered parking spaces behind a secure access gate. There is additional parking in a large lot next to a secure BQ and large grass area. There is street parking. There is a nice balcony with a table and chairs to sit at and read a book or have a cup of coffee. The only negative to the condo is the occasional street noise. The condo is located next to the street and there are times during the day or night when you can hear the noise.

Overall my family had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of this lovely condo.
