We are pleased to offer our home away from home to your family and friends. We take great pride in our home and trust you will find this a peaceful setting right in the heart of one of the best locations in the world. Breckenridge has it all from the steepest steeps to award winning family programs for skiers and boarders alike. If you have skied Breck and Summit County before, then you know how great this location is. If you have not, you are in for a real treat. Whether downhill skiing in the winter or hiking, biking, or golfing the rest of the year, there is an activity here for everyone in the family. Combine this with outstanding restaurants and a quintessential Colorado town, and Breckenridge really does have it all.

Our home is part of the Gold Camp II group and is located on the last free shuttle stop going to Peaks 7 & 8 which gets you onto the slopes in under 5 minutes. Having gone through recent renovations, we get many comments on how nice the condo is. The high ceilings, new second bathroom, granite, new carpets, complete remodel, and loft all combine to make this both a functional and beautiful place to stay. Our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds (memory foam), all with down comforters, a loft with a double futon (vertical ladder for access), and a queen pull-out couch in the living room. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove, complete cooking supplies (we love to cook) including spices and anything else you need to make your experience an enjoyable one. Relax by the gas fireplace in the sunken living room or share an après-ski cocktail on the deck watching the snow fall and cooking dinner on the new gas grill. There are two new hot tubs located on bottom floor of building G, and two new hot tubs on the 1st floor of Building H. It is about a 20 minute ride to get to Keystone, 25 to A-Basin, 30 to Copper, and 45 to Vail in case you want to get out to a different mountain for the day.

We have skied and traveled all over the world and chosen Breckenridge to call home. We know that you will enjoy your stay and we make ourselves personally available to you if you need any assistance or have questions. We are always just a phone call away. We have worked hard to make this a place that we love and hope that you will love it as we do.

About Brad Davey

We are avid skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. We came to Breckenridge because of family ties to the valley and our love for the area. We stayed and purchased a home here because we have not found a better place anywhere in the world that combines the best skiing and riding with year round activities and a town like no other. This is our home. It is part of us. The mountains and the people here make us feel like family.

Although both my wife and I grew up skiing in the East, there is nothing like skiing on a power day in Colorado. More recently, we have begun hiking in the summer and fall and find the different times of year very enjoyable.

We never charge a cleaning fee for stays of 4 nights or more. We make ourselves available by phone if you need assistance during your stay. We want you to feel at home and will try and help in any way we can. We also have extensive knowledge of Breckenridge and the surrounding areas, so please don't hesitate to ask.

What a great way to start out the new year! We had a great time here at Breck and enjoyed a couple of wonderful days at Vail as well. Thank you for making "Treetops" such an enjoyable, comfortable and easy place to stay - all was as represented on the website and more! Comfortable and cozy

We had a great time in Breckinridge while staying in this condo. It had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the set up at the bar/kitchen counter was great for playing games and chatting.

Having two bathrooms is a real plus! Loft was cute but ladder going to it was not so fun, would be for the much younger set!

Loved the Condo, but not the management company

The condo and the owners were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! However, the management company responsible for providing access instructions, maintenance, etc. was terrible. I never received access instructions to the condo, and when I called to inquire, my booking/reservation confirmation number that I had received from them a month prior was listed under someone else's name. I was on hold for about an hour before they got it figured out and I finally received entry instruction, BUT upon arrival, the entry instructions/access code did not work. We waited outside the condo while I was on the phone with them for another 20 minutes before they got it figured out. Within the instructions I received for our stay, it stated that we must begin a load of towels in the wash prior to our departure, but there was no laundry detergent in the condo (even though it was listed in the amenities section). A lot of the dishes were still dirty also, despite them being put away. Even though the management company was beyond frustrating, we still had an amazing time, and the condo was very comfortable and homey. Would recommend this condo to others, as we would stay here again. This was our first experience with this management company, so we would definitely give them another chance.

Great value for price

Overall the unit was was nice. Great location but the bedrooms and bathrooms were small. Also, there is no master bath as the main bath is in the hallway and the second bath looks like it was originally part of the laundry room and small. The bed linens and towels seemed very old and are in need of replacement. There is no closet space or storage as the owner has closed off the majority of the bedroom closets for their use, leaving only 2 six inch closet rods to hang clothes. The lack of storage was a major problem for us. Master bed is in need of replacement as it sagged into the middle. During our stay (on 3 occasions) someone attempted to enter the unit and when confronted stated that he was “checking on it for the owner”. On our last day the next renters showed up at 7:30 am and just walked into the unit while we were all sleeping.

Owner's Response: While I am glad you enjoyed the location I am sorry for the disruptions. I have spoken with the management team and asked them to only check on the condo when it is vacant. As for the next renter showing up, we have never had that happen in the past 5 years of renting and were as surprised as anyone - well, not as surprised as those being woken up. Our rental agreement states checkin and checkout times clearly. They never contacted us to make any early arrival arrangements. We are puzzled by the linen issue as they were all recently replaced (in February) with new ones from Ikea. I will check with the cleaning company to insure they are using our linens. We try very hard to make our home as nice as possible for our friends and guests. We will make every effort to continue to improve our home for everyone and thank you for the feedback.

Great location, nice renovation

We stayed for MLK weekend and as usual, love the location, just 1 block from bus to peak 7 or 8. Condo has been re-done and is nice and clean. Having 2 bathrooms definitely helps us get ready faster in the morning. Hot tub area also redone from a few years ago. Will definitely stay again. Great value for the price.

A Wonderful Ski Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time in this top floor condo. We had everything that we needed. The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed skiing each day, and coming home to relax each evening. Thank you for a great stay in Breckenridge!

We stayed there last summer with our three kids. The condo was great and our son loved the loft and the game cube. We had everything we needed and the kids had a great time. We would definitely recommend this condo.
