Just as described, perfect beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. It was very comfortable and equipped with all that we needed. The accommodation felt safe and secure and the balcony was no issues for our 2 year old. Obviously you would watch your child out there but it was safe. The steps lead right down to a beautiful beach and we were lucky with the tide timings that we could enjoy the water. The beach chairs provided were awesome! The property manager Angel was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we needed another gas canister for the bbq. The shower is wonderful and the bath amazing. It is a huge tub so I can imagine if you were less than 5ft 5 in height it would require using the step provided to get in and out but that just requires using your brain and taking it slow. We had no issues! For the price we paid to stay on the water in Malibu, we weren’t expecting luxury but everything was clean and worked well! Thanks so much and we will definitely return in the future!

Beautiful location

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The location is just perfect. Was very special to sit out on the deck drinking a morning coffee and watching the dolphins. Will definately be back.
