This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile has newly remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. A 32-inch thin screen TV and DVD player were added to the entertainment center after pictures were taken. Ample space under the carport for a boat/trailer and vehicle. The backyard is fenced to accommodate your pet. The florida room contains a hide-a-bed couch and chairs. All rooms have central air, heat, and ceiling fans. There are two separate sheds, one for storage and one containing the washer, dryer and hot water heater.
Close to downtown historic Sebring Circle, Library, public fishing pier, Dinner Theatre, Veterans Beach, walking tours, Highlands Hammack Park, Fireman's Field Fleamarket, many churches, Florida Hospital and medical facilities. Within walking distance to Walmart, bank, theatre, restaurants, drugstore and shopping.

We are Pam & Jesse Leadingham and we live in Sebring November through April near this vacation rental so we will be available in case a problem should arise. We are semi-retired. Jesse is a retired autobody shop owner/operator and I am retired from JCPenney in Bedford, IN.

We bought this vacation rental from my husbands sister as a means to supplement our income.
We liked this property because it is in one of the handiest locations in Sebring.
Everything was very clean and working order. If we had any issues, Pam and Jesse responded quickly. It was very nice to have a fenced in backyard for our mini schnauzer. Great neighbors and very friendly. Did miss the clubhouse/pool. We have vacationed in Florida prior to retiring and always were on the beach. Therefore, missed water. We did some great sightseeing from this location. Very easy day trips to both coasts and Disney. Also great locaction for anything you need or want in Sebring, walking and short car trips! Also good restaurants! Also good Doggy Day Care in area!
This is an older community where all units and land are actually owned by the residents. There is no clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, etc., for community activities. However, these features may not appeal to over 55 persons anyway. It is VERY convenient to every need one could possibly have in the Sebring area. The residents in the park are VERY friendly and helpful, for the most part. This particular unit is rather old and it needs some maintenance. However, the owners have not lived here themselves, so were not aware of some of the needs. They were VERY prompt and willing to take care of any problems, etc ., we found, and fixed or replaced everything promptly.

$500 damage deposit required to reserve stay. Currently charging $1300 per month plus 9% St and Co sales taxes on stays less than 6 months. Full amount of rental fee and tax due 30 days before arrival. $500 damage deposit mailed back to you within 7 days of your departure, providing no damages. Deposit refund will be pro-rated for any damages.
