Mammoth Pines is located in the center of the action close to the mountain, golf courses, and downtown. Just down the street are plenty of restaurant and grocery store options. The Village and Eagle Lodge are a short drive away for skiing and snowboarding. 2 outdoor parking spaces will be available.

This cozy cabin inspired condominium has a living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch placed in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace. The fireplace can create a cozy atmosphere while you unwind at night. A flat-screen TV is prepared with a DVD player and HBO. Wifi and a CD player are also provided. Step outside onto the private balcony to indulge in the view. Surrounding pine trees create a true mountain experience.

This kitchen has tiled countertops and all appliances a chef would need to cook. You will be whipping up delicious snacks and mouthwatering meals. 4 seats are situated at the breakfast bar for dining space and encouraging guests to keep the chef company in the kitchen. When everyone is ready to sit down for a home cooked meal, opposite the kitchen is the dining table with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed, mounted flat screen TV, and attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom down the hall similarly has a King-size bed and bathroom. A shared guest bathroom is available for all guests. Upstairs is additional bedding in the loft. The loft has a Queen-size bed, two Twin over Full bunk beds, and a TV. Please note, the Full beds on the bunk beds are futon mattresses.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Great property but with parking issues

I loved everything about the property except the parking. Parking was available, but there were only 2 spots for a condo that sleeps 10. Additionally, the spots were very poorly marked and especially difficult to locate in snow. At 2 times, different vehicles for our party were threatened to be towed (and saved in the last moment). The second spot was so difficult to locate that I believed it when a resident next door informed me the unit I had rented only came with one spot, before trying to have my car towed for parking in what he identified as his unit's spot. And how are the 10 people renting this place that "sleeps 10" going to arrive there in only 1 or 2 vehicles? Maybe if they drive a van, but in no other situation. The condo itself was fantastic and my party of 10 slept comfortably. Everything was clean, spacious, and provided a nice atmosphere. The wi-fi and fireplace were great to have. Still, there needs to be clear information about how many parking spots are available for guests, and the spots need to be well marked. Having to find overnight parking for 2 cars in a snow storm while on a 2 day vacation, hoping to get on the slopes after having driven 6+ hours to get there: not fun. Paying $15 per night per vehicle: not fun either. Being threatened to be towed twice while skiing and not being allowed enough time to get off the slope and go back to the condo to understand what the problem is: very much not fun. I suspect that the parking situation with most rental properties is the same. However, it needs to be stated up-front. If parking was not an issue, I would highly recommend this place.

Difficult

Although we were supposed to check in at 5, the condo was ready until 7. When your paying roughly a $1000 for a day and a half, a two hour delay is pretty bad. The condo itself was ok, not great. Good layout but needs some updating.
