This tropical and breezy condo located on Crescent Beach sits directly on the Atlantic Ocean
overlooking the beach, pool and courtyard. This beauty sleeps five and provides all the amenities
needed for a relaxing getaway. The newly decorated kitchen is fully equipped, and the well-furnished
2/2 condo is open and airy. The living room and both bedrooms open out to the 46 foot terrace.
Televisions are located in the bedrooms and living room. Both have full cable, plus a DVD player in the living room.
This ocean and pool view condo is located on the south side of the building, second floor with
elevators located on both sides of the building. On the outside deck of the second floor, one can
view the spectacular nightly sunsets on the Matanzas River and sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from
The condo is approximately 1250 square feet with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors accessing the 46 ft terrace from bedrooms and living area.

the condo, as well as a putting green and BBQ grills.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bath, with a large mirrored closet. The second
bedroom has two twin beds plus a rollaway. The bathroom is across the hall.
The kitchen has newly installed granite countertops and tile backsplashes. It comes fully equipped.
THe living room has three sofas (two are leather). The dining room set sits six comfortably.

My husband and i purchased this unit in 1977. We are from Gainesville, fl which is about 2 hours away. It has been a wonderful weekend retreat...a place we could join friends, have cookouts, relax and entertain friends and family. There have been numerous renovations and upgrades since the purchase. When my husband passed away in 2008, even though i loved Ocean House it wasn't the same without him. It does my heart good to see others be able to enjoy this unit, so i decided to make it as rental. I am not looking to make a profit, just pay the bills in order to keep it in the family.

The closeness to the beach and area restaurants was wonderful. It was only a few minutes drive from the bustle of St Augustine, yet the condo was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we wanted from our vacation.
We enjoyed your beautiful Condo so very much. Personally, I especially enjoyed your kitchen stocked with all kinds dishes, appliances, and a nice variety of kitchen tools. Everything in your Condo was easy access, and so convenient. The Balcony with the comfortable chairs, and the view of Beautiful Crescent Beach was so comfy, and breathtaking! We throughly enjoyed our vacation so much. It was hard to leave, for sure.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The furniture was well-kept and clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Closets even had special surprises like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a kite and body boards. The pool was just wonderful and the beach pristine and uncrowded. The drive to town was a bit long, but we really enjoyed being 'off the beaten track'. Many things to do in St. Augustine.. I feel we didn't even scratch the surface! If I had make a criticism, it'd be the internet speed in the unit. I had to drive to Starbucks or Cafe 11 daily to sync files for work. Otherwise, a very delightful place! We look forward to booking this unit again if we're in that part of the country again.
This is a wonderful location right at the ocean. Each bedroom and the living room have sliding doors to the balcony. The complex is not large and all parking is close to the building. The owner was readily available for any questions. Such a short drive to downtown. Hope to stay here again.
We just got back after having stayed a week in this condo. After searching for the perfect place to spend a family vacation I decided on this one, partially due to the cost, location and availability. The owner was very prompt in returning all my emails. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had picked the right place!! It was clean, very spacious and well stocked. From plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen, patio furniture and even beach chairs, there was nothing I felt it didn't have. All this before stepping out onto the terrace!! What a view!! With the pool and ocean RIGHT there, I couldn't have asked for more!! I will definitely be back!!
Clearly a place that is furnished for comfort by the owner. It is everything that is promised and more. Well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances, beautiful and fun decorations. Great view of the beach from the balcony with easy access to the pool and beach. Lovely, well-maintained condo complex, with friendly manager and everything needed for a comfortable stay already in place. Peaceful surf sounds, truly a special place near the quiet end of the beach. Easy parking, convenient in-and-out. Great views of both the ocean sunrise and intracoastal waterway sunset. I could stay for a long time, and I definitely plan to return!
Historical St. Augustine is within a ten mile drive.( take a horse drawn buggy tour!). Fascinating downtown with myriad art galleries, the famous Spanish Columbia Restaurant on St. George Street, great shopping for all kinds of things you don't need but find you want!
'World Famous O'Steen's Restaurant' (got to get the fried shrimp) just before Bridge of Lions into St. Augustine
Publix is 10 min. up A1A just past Oasis Restaurant (great beachy place with live beach music upstairs)
Marineland is five miles south.
Two upscale outlet malls approximately 10 minutes north of County Road 206 on I-95. One on each side of the interstate.
Many golf courses (World Golf Village, local courses).
Lots of wonderful restaurants on the beach and in town.
1 1/2 hours from DisneyWorld, Sea World, Universal Studios, and EPCOT Center and other surrounding
tourist sites in the Orlando area.
