The West End is my dream neighborhood. Everything is in the west end. And this apartment has everything and is close to everything. If I were visiting Vancouver, this is where I would want to be. The apartment is bright and open. It has views of the neighborhood from every room. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with A view of the city. There is also a rooftop deck and outdoor pool with breathtaking viewS of English Bay. The apartment is minutes from the seawall, the aquatic centre, the shops and restaurants of Robson Street and Davie Street. Any kind of food you want is minutes away. If you are a 'cook', the Aquabus to the Granville Island Market awaits you. You can walk EVERYWHERE. If you are inclined to bicycle, there are bike rentals all over the area, and you are close to the new (and very safe) bike lanes of Vancouver, including the Burrard Street Bridge. This apartment is Vancouver and has Vancouver at its fingertips.
What makes this Apartment unique
As one of our tenants said, it is so lovely. It is clean and bright and open. You can see the lions (mountains) while sitting in the living room. There is a safe and friendly feel to the building. The building has architectural merit. Built in 1966, it is stylish yet traditional.

Cosy apartment in a great location in the West End. Everything I needed was within walking distance including English Bay and the seawall walk. The rooftop pool and patio area was an added bonus. It was the fall so too cold to swim but I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine enjoying the fantastic views of English Bay.
The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed.
I will certainly be back and would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Vancouver and wanting the West End experience.

Wonderful, quiet, and walking distance of so much!
We came for a long weekend from the States, and loved this apartment. It had a great view, was clean, organized, and even with the windows open at night the street noise was very quiet. We walked to English Bay which took 14 minutes, and took a water taxi to Granville Island which took about ten minutes. The pool on the roof of the building was a bonus, with awesome views at sunset. We have stayed in Vancouver 6-8 times over the years in various locations and this one was our favorite by far. We recommend it highly!
Lovely suite in perfect location!
My husband and I spent 5 beautiful days in Vancouver. The suite was perfect for us.
Trish and her husband Al were there to greet us, we had great communication with them, very easy and accommodating couple. The unit was very clean. Nice lounging area, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Centrally located with a beautiful view of the city, you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We would certainly rent this unit again without hesitation. Thank you Trish and Al for a great stay!
Nice little apartment in a great area
We spent four nights here in July and had a great time. The apartment is very centrally located with many options within walking distance, although the nearest train stop was a bit further away (15 minute walk). It’s a corner unit on the 10th floor with windows on two walls (northwest and northeast) so very nice city views. With no AC the unit got pretty hot on summer nights, although fans are provided and the windows open. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus. The common-area hallways between apartments had a bit of a stale odor (probably the hallway carpet, which looks older), but the apartment itself had no such issues - it’s clean and well-kept with no carpeting.
The owners are wonderful, very responsive, and refunded our deposit right away. The flat is wonderfully located and quiet. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of drawers and closet space. Kitchen really well appointed but why eat in when there is so much to choose from just a few blocks away. Fabulous views from the roof pool area where se sat and drank some wine and watched the activity around English Bay.
Overall we have nothing negative to say. The only reason we give 4 rather than 5 stars is the place could use a paint job. It isn't dirty by any means, but a paint job would really perk the place up. I understand that the building has it's days numbered, as all around Vancouver these sorts of buildings are being torn down in favor of high-rises. But that is a few years away, maybe. In the meantime, a splash of paint wouldn't hurt.
