Our home is ideal for the relaxed, casual vacationer. We have decorated each room with local poster art from festivals and fun hand carved tropical wildlife. We have a room with board games, a large den with 51' television, a cozy sitting space with wood burning fireplace and a wonderfully large, fully equipped eat in kitchen that seats nine.
There are two picnic areas outside, a grilling area, wrap around deck and a 160' private dock from which you can watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's perfect for mooring shallow watercraft, personal watercraft, water volley ball or just relaxing on a float.

Our family has always enjoyed the relaxed lifestyle of Innerarity Point and the beautiful bay, intracoastal and gulf waters. We raised our children on Innerarity Point and are all frequent visitors to the area. You cannot beat the combination of easy waterfront living, friendly people and convenient shopping and dining. I am a licensed real estate agent/owner of this property.
Judith Sasser purchased this house in 1994
This was our personal home that we chose to keep and convert to a vacation rental. We hope other families enjoy it as much as we do.
It's wonderful to have a private dock from which to crab, net fish or cast a line. Nothing beats cooking up your own fresh catch of the day.
Everything was included nothing was missing to cook a great Christmas dinner, Judith dropped additional items if they were not in the house at the time, she also included some Christmas decorations around the house. Thanks Judith we had a great time and will return again very soon !!
Don't believe the reviews. Combination of leaking roof, outside doors that have 1 inch gaps, dangerous spiral staircase in middle of kitchen, junk in the yard, an antique flat screen TV (my wife thought they were blurring the faces to protect the innocent), very marginal furniture and bedrooms that can only be accessed by going through other bedrooms made this place the worst rental we've ever been in. Boat and jet ski lifts pictured have not worked for years. There is so little water, even at end of dock, at low tide that our 10 foot inflatable RIB did not have enough water to float. Only good things that I can say about the place was that it was clean, had comfortable beds, and had a large enough and isolated yard that I could let our dog loose to run.
The owner provided good customer service, the home had a few minor repairs that were needed, The TV service
could have been much better just very basic cable, enjoyed the Pensacola Aviation museum very much, a must see for the visitor.
loved this place lots room and sleeping for more then 8. Also the bay only 2 feet deep about mile out so half time we did not even go to beach. also saw alot dolphins swim right past dock. super clean and has everything you need just bring food! also tge kayaks rental a must the owner has some that rents with hoyse for extra $ but reasonable . we for sure will be returning next year
This is a wonderful and beautiful vacation home. Spacious, clean, dock on the water, sunsets, all the conveniences of home. Swimming, kayaking, just chilling! We had a total of 8 people with us and this place was great!!!! I would highly recommend. Listing and pictures were right on, very clean and well maintained, great customer service.
Love, Love, Love this location and property, I have never come home so relaxed and I truly feel it was due to the location. The home has plenty of space for any size family we only had 4 but you can sleep many more than that and it has all the amenities you need, Judith has though of everything. While on the property we felt like we were all by ourselves we never saw any neighbors but we did however see dolphins from the pier which was totally awesome. The property has a small sandy beach area and our dogs absolutely LOVED it!! They had a blast playing in the water and playing on the pier. If there was anything to say negative and these really are not negative because it is something you can deal with it would be:
1. That all of the bedrooms are upstairs with comfy beds but our dogs who are used to sleeping in the same room with us could not make it up the stairs so we had to sleep downstairs with them (they are too heavy to carry upstairs) and the pull out couch downstairs is not comfortable at all.
2. The stairs to get upstairs are a spiral staircase and they are tight and the landing upstairs is really tight too. They have installed a baby gate upstairs for families with small kids and pets but it would be difficult for small children and pets to navigate the stairs safely without help.
3. It is very dark around the home (which is great for star gazing) but we could not sit out on the deck at night and relax, it was just too dark. The only light we could get to work outside was the side light by the door, none of the lights on the house facing the water came on and the pier light did not come on at night and we could not find the switch to turn them on.
As you can see these are very minor details so if you are considering this home I would highly recommend it you won’t be sorry, we defiantly will be back! Thank you Judith & Bob for sharing your home with our family.
