Located at the south end of Ridge St., this beautiful condo offers a quiet setting and great views, and is also just across the street from great nightlife, great food, and great fun!

Richly appointed and near new, this unit has everything you will need for an overnight get-away or an extended vacation. This 2 bedroom plus loft boasts a private in-unit elevator that services every floor – no more schlepping luggage and skis up and down stairs! Private, heated, underground parking – no more driving around the block a hundred times looking for a parking spot! Warm luxurious furnishings and finishes – you will think you’re at a World Class Spa!

Each of the 2 large bedrooms is furnished with king size beds, large flat screen televisions, and luxurious and comfortable accessories.

The Master Bedroom opens up to an outside deck to enjoy those summer evenings or a little Après-Ski relaxation. The Master bath has double sinks and a jetted tub for soaking after a full day on the slopes.

The second bedroom is on the main floor, yet is quiet and private with direct access to the second bath. The second bath has all new fixtures with a large shower to get those kinks out after a long day of skiing or mountain biking.

The large open living room is appointed with new, large, plush, comfortable furniture and opens up into the full gourmet kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless appliances and a built-in wine cooler. Along with all the basic appliances like a coffee maker, microwave, etc., the kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary gadgets to whip up a great gourmet meal while you visit with friends and family.

Don't feel like cooking? Just walk across the street (yes, literally across the street) to some of the best restaurants in Breckenridge! Eat dinner at the historic and award winning Breckenridge Brewery, have breakfast at the Blue Moose, grab a burger at Empire Burger. And, don't forget to have a nightcap at one of several pubs and nightclubs. Walk another block up the street and be wowed by all that Breckenridge is on historic Main Street.

Back at the condo, sit back and relax in the living room and enjoy the giant HD flat screen over the fireplace to watch that football or hockey game or enjoy a movie. You can also catch-up on facebook or instagram with the Wi-Fi access throughout the unit.

There is a wonderful open sleeping loft overlooking the living area and with a fantastic view of Peaks 8 and 9. In the loft there is a large 47” HD flat screen TV so you can cozy up and enjoy a movie, or spread out and play some of the many board games stored in the game cabinet.

The building boasts private underground parking with direct access into the unit. There is also a front porch with gas BBQ out the front door, and a large hot tub at the end of the building.

This place comfortably sleeps 8 adults, or 6 adults and a passel of kids.

No better place to stay in Breckenridge

We have stayed in this townhouse each summer the last 3 years. The unit is perfect for 2 couples wanting a top quality stay with a location that can't be beat. Park your car in the underground garage and walk directly into the lower level. Place your luggage and packages after shopping on the elevator to go upstairs! Both bedrooms are "masters" with great baths. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The living areas, both up and down are comfortable with everything you want for entertainment. Great place with a great location. We will be back next year.

Love this place

This condo is amazing. Walking distance to main street, the grocery store, the equipment rental and ski lifts. The place it self is fantastic with big beds, bathrooms and kitchen. Heated garage and driveway make coming and going easy. Couldnt be happier with my choice to book this place and I will definitely be back.
