Baker District is one hot neighborhood these days. Bustling with growth, new construction and tons of eccentric restaurants and bars. Near the lightrail and easy to get to and from DIA, downtown or the mountains.
We aim to provide the perfect value. We want you to walk into one of our units and be happy you chose The Citrus Lab. We also want you to be thankful you have everything you need while you are away from home. We want everyone in your party to sleep comfortably and we want you to have an awesome time! But most importantly, we strive to help you to value the experience enough to come see us again.
We have enjoyed our stay with The Citrus Lab extensively! The convenience to everything was perfect for our family. We loved walking to get coffee in the morning (Laughing Latte), to get pizza with the kids (Pasquinis), to the Aquarium and even for an adult night out to Duo! All of the other good stuff was just a short drive. We love the neighborhood and the house itself. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and extra space for our boys (3-1/2 and 1). Our son learned a new word looking out the big picture windows "tree". Thanks for the great Denver experience!
I've never rented a "home away from home" before, but will definitely do it again. The little duplex was perfect and in a fun area. Broadway is a fun street, and such a cute neighborhood to explore!
Since this was a first experience, I didn't realize my dog suffers from serious seperation anxiety and disturbed a few neighbors, which I feel terrible about.
Lesson learned. If I ever try to travel with my dog again, I'll have to rent a single family home on an acre of land!
Anyway, the overall experience was perfection and I loved it!
This wonderful home was perfect for our little family of 4 (3 year old and newborn). The modern furnishings with an eclectic twist give the home a comfortable and hip feel. The home had all the amenities we needed and then some. The location kept us away from the downtown hustle, but a short distance from attractions. Thank you for helping make our Denver stay wonderful!
Enjoyed the neighborhood immensely and the house. Wish we had known beforehand that the owner would be there each day painting the outside. He was utmost gracious, but still wish we had known. Also, wished the back porch lights worked so we could have used the space.
My husband and I had a great stay here. Its very close to downtown and there is a lightrail station just a few blocks away (very easy walk). Very quiet neighborhood that is close to a shopping strip with some amazing hidden gems. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The property owner, Jen, was very helpful and responsive. Our stay here was perfect.
Everything was exactly as in the pictures or described in the listing. Perfect place to stay for our 15th anniversary get away!! Quite neighborhood but still close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Denver :)
I cannot say enough about the location. We stayed here for a month and loved that we were3 blocks from a great active neighborhood park, 2 blocks from fantastic restaurants, grocery, and light rail. The place is clean and comfortable and suited our needs well. The owner is responsive. We would recommend this place.
