This unique Penthouse gives you the chance of enjoying the facilities of a first class Complex plus the intimacy of your own private heated pool. Penthouse has everything you might need (from beach towels to linen tablecloth) and even more (candlelights, telescope,PS 3,HD SAT..) ¡¡ Guests can enjoy wonderful dinners with uninterrupted sea views (from any of its two terraces) with the added plus of having Cabopino Port at a walking distance. The property also benefits from PC with internet connection and use of a printer.

The lower floor is made up of entrance hall, kitchen, lounge / dining area and 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. The two south facing bedrooms have had glass walls fitted so that you can look out to sea whilst showering. From the lounge there is direct access to the terrace with uninterrupted sea views. Each room of the Penthose benefits from a flat screen TV.

Upstairs there is a further bedroom with en suite bathroom and the access to the heated private pool

FURTHER DETAILS OUTDOORS:: Although completed in 2003, this complex has somehow remained relatively anonymous, but is sure to become more and more popular as it really is one of the best around. The setting for this complex is idyllic, located just a short walk from the pretty port of Cabopino, with it´s range of fine restaurants and variety of boats. The complex itself, is located just metres from the beach in a front-line location, with direct and secure access to the beach, the blocks have been designed so that each and every apartment has a totally unrestricted south facing view to the sea, even from the ground floor apartments, many with views along the coast to Cabopino port.

Although there is an underground car park, there is always parking space outside the entrance door to each block.

FURTHER DETAILS OUTDOORS:: Even though many of the visitors to Los Granados are attracted by the location, they are always pleasantly surprised by the facilities which are provided solely for their use. There are two large outdoor swimming pools, both with children's pool, situated at the bottom of the lush garden, providing yet another beautiful sea view, an indoor heated swimming pool which opens year round for when the outdoor temperature is a little cooler, a fully equipped gym, 2 saunas,2 padel courts, 2 tennis courts, and a summer house with large terrace for the warm evenings and open fire for the winter evenings. Fabulous penthouse apartment - rented for my sisters 30th Birthday and totally had the 'wow' factor we were looking for. To be sunbathing on a terrace with uninterrrupted views of the sea, on a deserted beach (with a great beach bar) in February was truly a treat!

Even though many of the visitors to Los Granados are attracted by the location, they are always pleasantly surprised by the facilities which are provided solely for their use. Two large outdoor swimming pools, both with children's pool, situated at the bottom of the lush garden,an indoor heated swimming pool which opens year round for when the outdoor temperature is a little cooler, a fully equipped gym, 2 saunas, padel courts, tennis courts and a summer house with large terrace for the warm evenings and open fire for the winter evenings. Changing facilities and showers are available.Security guards 24-hours daily.

Great Easter break

We stayed at the apartment over Easter this year for 2 weeks and had a great holiday . The apartment is very comfortable and has good facilities and great front line sea views over the well kept gardens and pool areas . We will try to book this apartment again in the near future .

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We stayed at apartment 932 for 6 weeks in February/March 2017 with 2 people up to 6 adults and 1 child. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It has faded a bit from the pictures on the site and it is slightly smaller than the pictures seem to indicate. Nevertheless, it met all our expectations. One of the most important features of this apartment is the glass curtains of the lower deck. We found this to be an essential item, as the winter time in southern Spain can still be cool. We sat on this deck most of the time very comfortably. The complex is kept in immaculate shape. The building was never dirty and the grounds are kept in beautiful shape with many flowers, even in winter. Cabopino is within walking distance and has some good restaurants, although in winter time not all are open. Cabopino is not a tourist town and therefore nice and quiet; which is a plus for us, but may not be to everyone’s taste. The “La Luna” chiringuito, a few 100 meters up the beach, was the best chiringuito we visited and the food is excellent. I will answer any questions you may have about this apartment.

Stunning in every respect

We are a family of 11 and a baby covering 4 generations. We rented the penthouse and also a 2 bedded apartment (lg03) . The location was wonderful with direct access onto the beach and great beach bars 100 yards in either direction. The penthouse was furnished to a high degree with very comfy beds and a great sound system. We had everything we needed and more. The roof top pool a huge attraction. There is a supermarket 5 min walk away. We didn't bother hiring a car. All in all, a brilliant week, stunning location and great communication with Catriona. Booking was easy and communication excellent. Sue in Spain contacted us to ensure we were ok. Highly recommended

Beyond all expectations

Penthouse was fantastic! The complex surpassed our expectations as well. We had such a GREAT time! Our girls didn’t want to leave and neither did we! Definitively, we will be back.
