The sofa is convertible and sleeps two. Stairs lead down to the 1st floor with the master bedroom, an office/dressing, plus master bathroom with toilet. The apartment is facing south with windows at its entire length and is full of light all year around. It is in a very safe area, lively in daytime and evening, quiet at night. Access to our building is protected by a door code system and the apartment has a security lock.
The apartment was fully renovated less than 10 years ago in a contemporary style maintaining the old wooden floors. It is equipped with all what you need for a comfortable short or longer stays. The rental fee is all-inclusive and covers high quality linens and towels, and one cleaning per week.
