Notes:
After renting cabins ourselves for years we knew the important factors and convenience, Comfort and Privacy were at the top of our list. The great room offers an open floor plan combining living area, dining room and kitchen. This allows everyone to be together whether cooking, watching TV & playing board games at the dining room table. Folks who are on Deck are just off the great room and just a yell away. The large six person hot tub is on deck too secluded on the side of the home overlooking the water and mtn range. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: You are able to bring and park trailers and boats at digisnated area* Lake View: with boat slip just a few mins walk. You have an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake and Cherokee National Forest * Mountain View: Cherokee National forest * Boat rentals at the Local marina's.

What a CABIN!

  • 5 of 5

Hands down one of the best cabins I have stayed in yet. It is a real wood cabin from the ceiling to the floor, the décor and furnishings appeared new and updated. Our group of 13 had lots of room and were so impressed with the amount of space. Very open and views to die for, lots of bathrooms which was very important since there were so many of us.. The place was stocked with everything we needed and more for preparing meals and plenty of bath towels for our large group. The huge hot tub was a big hit and we roasted marshmallows almost every night in the fire pit. I can't think of one thing we didn't like about our stay. Hope to gather again at Watauga Lake in this absolutely awesome cabin!!

Comfort, Cozy, Secluded and Clean!

  • 5 of 5

Our small family with a few friends enjoyed this cabin. Situated slightly up hill along a cove of Lake Watauga, this cabin comes with all the amenities: multiple decks, porch swing, hot tub, pool table, large kitchen, fire pit, and plenty of room. We were able to enjoy multiple excursions out to the lake via Fish Springs Marina (boating) and Off the Grid Adventures (Jet Skis) just 25 minutes drive from cabin.

Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

We loved everything about our stay in the cabin! To make a long story short, my husband and I were in a bind during our road trip honeymoon and needed a place to stay in immediately. We saw that this had the "book instantly" option and decided to go for it. Within 10 minutes the owner contacted me (this was pretty late at night by the way!) to confirm and provide the logistics. We were beyond grateful for the quick and thorough communication! The cabin was exactly what we were looking for-quiet, cozy, and with fantastic views. It was raining off and on during our stay but there was still plenty to do with the pool table and covered porch. When it wasn't raining we enjoyed walking to the dock and taking the canoe out. We fell in love with the town of Butler during our stay and especially loved the nearby winery. We are already talking about trying to go back sometime soon!

Gorgeous views, homey feel!

  • 5 of 5

We had a group of 14 stay for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. It was clean and spacious. My son got to see snow for the first time and had a snowball fight. He loved it! My black lab mix also loved it, I think he had the most fun of all. He would run up and down the side of the mountain and looked so cute covered in snow! The WiFi was not reliable but we managed, there is a phone in the cabin that you can use to call your family and let them know that arrived safely. We had plenty of space for the food we brought, there are two refrigerators.,the hand mixer needs to be updated, but still works, however you might want to bring your own. Overall we had a great time!
