This beautiful development is located on the largest stretch of beach in the bay & consists of 4 towers; towers 1-3 (Villa Magna Condos) & tower 4 (ALLTRA). Outside you can relax in the sun alongside one of the 3 large swimming pools featuring a heated adult only pool & shallow kids play area or take a nap under a thatched palapa on the seemingly endless beach.

CONDOMINIUM
This 1390 sq. ft, 2 bedroom + studio, 3 bath condo is located on the 5th floor. Master suite features: a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, 32” flat panel TV (Cable), & access to a private balcony with ocean views as far north as Punta Mita. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, & wall closet. The studio includes bunk beds with Twin XL mattresses & a private bathroom.

The kitchen has granite countertops & is fully appointed with all electric appliances (Microwave, Oven, Range, Dishwasher) & overlooks the living & dining areas. This great room has a 40' flat screen TV (Cable) & wireless (WiFi) high speed internet. The phone has a local number to for making and receiving calls. The adjacent oceanfront balcony, furnished with a love seat, gas grill and a dining table, allows you to fully appreciate the breathtaking sunsets.

Additional features include: washer/dryer in unit, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and a private parking space.

Nice resort

We arrived later than expected due to problems at the PV airport and there was no one available to check in with which left us in limbo until we realized that the manager had left the door open and keys inside without telling us that would be the case. The condo is nice with a great view of the pools and ocean and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Overall a great time was had by all.

Thanks for a wonderfull time

Our frinds, my wife and I had a wonderfull 17 days stay in the condo. Thanks to Andre, Claudia and the housekeeper for this holiday! The condo is well equipped, everythings works perfectly. All facilities in the complex are well maintained and cleaned every day. The staff takes care of the pools and the garden; security takes care of the entrance. We were also very happy about the parking lot for our rental car. We travel to Puerto Vallarta since 35 years - this condo is extraordinary. We would love to come back as soon as possible. Oliver

Lovely Apartment

Our family had a lovely time at Andre’s apartment. We had a multi-generational family stay, and the property worked great for everyone, including mu 76 year old father who has limited mobility. The property is as advertised, except for the table on patio which seats 4 people instead of 6. It would be great for the owner to upgrade. The sofa was showing some where and tear, but the administrator said it would be reupholstered shortly. I love to cook, so I though the kitchen was a bit sparce. I bought a few essentials such as glass drinking glasses, veggie peeler and decent corkscrew remover as well as a few Pyrex and serving platters. Other than that, condo served well. Appliances worked great for us. Wi-fi and air conditioning worked really well, although we opted for fresh ocean breezes as much as possible. The property is well maintained, beautiful pools. Even in extremely high season for México vacations, there were always seating available at the pool and on the beach. Puerto Vallarta had the. Soy spectacular sunsets in the world. Absolutely lovely. Fun Week

We had a great time. The views, beach, pools are all incredible. The condo is also nice with an amazing view of amazing sunsets on the balcony each night. There were a few hiccups with some items in the condo. I'm pretty sure we were the first group to rent the condo for over a year because of COVID and there were issues with several of the appliances. Dish washer never worked, the clothes dryer only worked on one setting, one of the toilets wasn't working when we got there and was fixed after a couple of days. Also, little things like almost all the remotes for the TVs had dead batteries and the hair dryer in the master bath didn't work. Having said all that, we would still recommend the place. AC and internet were both great. The place is very clean and I'm sure they will get all that stuff fixed up as things get back to normal after the COVID hiatus. We kind of took the brunt of the problems, but we still had a great time.

We love discovering unique restaurants, exploring hidden beaches, & experiencing everything the area has to offer. These days we visit PV about 3 times a year. We have made the trip to Guadalajara a few times & have even made the long drive from Los Angeles during the rainy season. We continue to learn new things & enjoy ourselves on every visit.

Why they chose this property

Some extended family of ours who have also been frequenting the area for years decided to buy property. After years of them hounding for us to do the same, we finally took the plunge. We absolutely fell in love with this location.
