Previous guests have particularly enjoyed: our location; comfortable beds (king beds in both bedrooms); 1100 sq. feet of spacious, well-decorated comfort; well-equipped kitchen; generous storage (pantry and closets); convenient beach access; proximity to premier island restaurants and attractions (i.e. Louis', Laguna Bob's, Tequila Sunset, Painted Marlin on the bay and Boomerang Billy's on the beach). Higher than average ceilings enhance the feeling of spaciousness.
This house originally belonged to one of the early developers of South Padre Island. It was moved off the beach and put up on concrete block stilts. We subsequently added the downstairs apartment.
Owners reserve the upstairs for our own use. Owner management eliminates costly management fees, resulting in competitive rates.
