Location, Location, Location - Situated in the royal and historical district of St James's, Westminster. Adjacent to Buckingham Palace the apartment offers unrivalled access to all that London has to offer, including three Royal Residences, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the London Eye, National Gallery, West End Theatres & every conceivable store.

Please Note, as of 23 October we are replacing the 2 single beds, with one double (for 2 adults).

We arrived Eurostar after our trip of Paris and found this lovely apartment a wonderful choice even the tea and biscuits was a site for tired eyes, many many sites right on our doorstep was amazing. With this in mind we were able to very easily and safely walk most places and the underground station is also next door to the apartment for further afield. We felt like neighbours to the queen and the prime minister.

This was our first time staying at an apt in Europe and we were a bit nervous about doing so. However everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice and the location was superb. The staff was helpful and responsive to our every need. We could not have asked for a better experience and hopefully will return again to stay at this apt in the near future. The apartment was convenient to everything a tourist could need or ask for; tube, bus lines, wide variety of eating choices all within easy walking. Plus have St James so close for a morning stroll could not be beat. Loved our stay!

Clean Cosy Flat with super convenient tube access

Our stay from November 6-9, 2016 was very pleasant in this centrally located flat. St. James Tube Station is just a few steps from the apartment complex's front door.

As mentioned previously, the flat is clean and well furnished. We appreciated having a washer/dryer combo to use. Compared to a hotel, it's so much nicer to have the space and comfortable furniture of an apartment.

It is very easy to arrive at Heathrow and take public transportation to the flat since the St. James Tube entrance is located within the same block as the flat.

My daughter and I felt very safe walking around at night. The convenient store is just steps away and we enjoyed being able to pick up snacks there.

Marc was very quick to respond and a great host overall.

Comfortable apartment and perfect location

As mentioned by all the reviews and the description, the location of this apartment could not be better! The apartment was exactly as described and sparkling clean for us. The building was also well-maintained. A small convenience store next to the building's main entrance made grabbing drinks and snacks at whim very easy. We really appreciated having St. James' Park tube station right next door and loved that we could so readily walk to St. James' Park itself, a seemingly infinite number of pubs, and many must-see sites, including, of course, Buckingham Palace.

A couple of FYI notes for future users. You are in the heart of a city and while the apartment building is tucked into a lovely and slightly quieter street, if you are not used to city noise you will notice it in the apartment at night. Typical city noise and not unreasonable, but noticeable to someone used to living in quieter environs. The fridge had no freezer compartment - no big deal but atypical for those from North America. There was no iron in the apartment - also no big deal but notable given most hotel rooms now include a clothing iron.

Marc provided exceptional customer service and the housekeeper was most kind in allowing us to leave our bags with her while she cleaned the apartment. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment! SO much nicer and more comfortable than staying in a hotel!

Great little apartment.

Place was nice. Roomier than any hotel. Bit noisey from the street below, bit if you are use to living in the city it is nothing you aren't use to.

Apartment is 4 flights up, but has a lift, which is helpful with luggage.

Great location, even our cab driver remarked how perfect of an area we were staying in to get to every where. There is a tube station on the same street.

Perfect location, great place, wonderful host.

My wife and I visited in mid-October 2016 from Chicago and stayed for 4 nights.

The flat is perfectly located near many of the major sightseeing spots in London. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, The Cabinet War Rooms/Churchill Museum, Big Ben and Parliment and St James's Park and Picadilly Circus are all short walks away. The longest about 15 to 20 minutes.

The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything went just as expected and it has a washer/dryer so you can pack light and do a load of laundry if needed. It also has a full kitchen, with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans as well as a small fridge if you want to save some money and make a few meals in.

There is a small convenience store and a starbucks literally 50 steps either way from the front door of the building.

Marc, the host, is a pleasure to work with, very responsive and very helpful.

The building is clean and quiet. Although we know there are permanent residents, we only saw one other person our entire stay. It was as if we had the building to ourselves.

The St James Park tube stop is just down the street. Highly recommend using the underground extensively. It's easy and much cheaper than cabs.

I know that it may look too good to be true when viewing the ad online, but this is the exception to the rule.

The only thing I would change is to have a full or queen bed rather than two twin beds. But, we pushed them together and it worked well.

All in all a terrific experience.

Great location, clean, plenty of space

This apartment is in a wonderful location, walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and numerous tourist sights in the west minster area. Also next to tube stop and bus stops. Don't forget to get an Oyster card. Very clean flat with lots of room. The washer and dryer came in handy. Thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and we were sad to leave.

The neighbourhood includes St James's Place & Buckingham Palace, Westminster Palace the Queen's London Residence that fronts the wonderful Royal Park, St James's with it's lake, formal gardens, wildlife & restaurant. Alternatively a leisurely 10 minute stroll will take you past Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses or Parliament to the River Thames and Westminster Pier. Take a riverboat East to Greenwich a World Heritage Site and home of Greenwich Mean Time where time zones start and finish or travel West to Henry VIII's Hampton Court Palace or simply a stroll along the embankment with it's myriad of shops, restaurants and street entertainers.
