Guestbook comments from the owner

We arrived Eurostar after our trip of Paris and found this lovely apartment a wonderful choice even the tea and biscuits was a site for tired eyes, many many sites right on our doorstep was amazing. With this in mind we were able to very easily and safely walk most places and the underground station is also next door to the apartment for further afield. We felt like neighbours to the queen and the prime minister.

Our stay exceeded our high expectations. We will return and will recommend the apt to our friends

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time staying at an apt in Europe and we were a bit nervous about doing so. However everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice and the location was superb. The staff was helpful and responsive to our every need. We could not have asked for a better experience and hopefully will return again to stay at this apt in the near future. The apartment was convenient to everything a tourist could need or ask for; tube, bus lines, wide variety of eating choices all within easy walking. Plus have St James so close for a morning stroll could not be beat. Loved our stay!

Excellent Stay in Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment and the owner, Marc, were amazing. Marc has been extremely helpful since we first made the reservation answering any and all questions. We stayed here with our family of 4 between June 7 and June 11. The apartment is centrally located in Westminster and very convenient to grocery stores, the Metro, and numerous sight-seeing activities.

The apartment is exactly as described. The pullout bed was comfortable for our daughters and the bathroom was more than adequate. The apartment also had excellent Wi-Fi which was a major plus.

About the only downside of the apartment was the noise from the street. I guess we had forgotten what it's like to stay in the city for a few days.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in central London. It's location and the owner make it a prime property in the London VRBO landscape.

Great London flat!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this flat for 3 nights at the end of May. The location couldn't have been better. Since we were there for such a short time, we wanted to be within walking distance of some of London's main attractions. This place was perfect. Close to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the Churchill War Rooms and more.

Five of us fit comfortably in the space. Marc was great to work with and was always very prompt in answering any questions and he provided lots of useful information about the flat and the area. It was easy to get to from Heathrow airport and we loved being right next to Starbucks and the St. James Park tube station.

Thanks for a great stay. Our children loved their first visit to London.

Look no further....this is the place to book!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking for the PERFECT central London location for your vacation……look no further! You are just steps away from Buckingham Palace, St James Park and MANY more places! We had the windows open in the morning and could hear the band for the Queen’s Guard practicing. In the late evening we once again had the windows open and could hear Big Ben chiming. WOW – what a great experience and what an even better flat! We cannot wait for our return trip to London and will be staying in this wonderful flat. Thank you to Marc for answering all my questions and in a VERY quick fashion!

Our stay in Marc's apartment was perfect. Highly recommend this apartment.

  • 5 of 5

Marc was a great host. He provided lots of information about the apartment and area. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to most of the major sights. There were many restaurants close by. The tube is around the corner making it very convienent The layout worked well for us. We had plenty of space. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. However it was well designed with plenty of counter space and had everything needed for cooking. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living room areas by hallway, so it was easy to take a nap while my husband listened to the news on tv. The apartment has a great washer and dryer. Not slow like so many machines in Europe. Marc responded quickly to our questions. Thank you Marc. We would stay at your apartment again.

Perfect location and nice flat!

  • 5 of 5

We couldn't ask for a better location and flat for our stay in April! Literally, steps away from the St. James Park tube station, it was so easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Also, we walked all over London, so we didn't always take the tube, but it was still a breeze from this flat. We didn't use the kitchen much other than for breakfast, but it had everything we needed. The living room was large enough even with a fold away twin bed. The main bedroom was great, too.

The flat was very clean. Marc was super helpful with his emails. The noise from the street didn't bother us and it quieted down after 10 pm. I wear earplugs anyways, so if you are sensitive, those should do the trick. We would definitely stay here again!
