Come to this wonderful condo at the Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida, near Orlando. Direct ocean-front on the beach lets you have a wonderful view with great sunrises over the ocean. This lovely condo has been renovated and redecorated with great new upscale furnishing. An ocean-front swimming pool provides relaxation to get away from it all, and high speed wireless internet to stay in contact with the rest of the world. Our two-bedroom, two-bath beach front vacation condominium has direct ocean views. Wake up to magnificent ocean sunrises from either bedroom. A spacious, beach-side balcony wraps around both bedrooms and the living room, allowing easy access to spectacular views. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise while overlooking the peaceful beach or share a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the sound of the surf. Let tensions disappear as you relax in your beach chair, digging your toes into the pristine sand, or stroll along the great Atlantic Ocean.

The condo has been renovated and re-decorated. As of late 2016, it has a brand new kitchen, new flooring, and new furniture. We have rented condos in many places ourselves. We know that your vacation deserves more than the bare necessities. We strive to anticipate every need. This unit is one of few condos in this area of the northern part of Daytona Beach. There is not much beach traffic this far north, and the views from all rooms are just incredible. Additionally, it has a much larger floor plan than most of the condo units on Daytona Beach. The renovated master bedroom suite is huge!

For those that want more than just the quiet solitude of beach life, why not try windsurfing or kayaking? Rentals are available in close proximity. There are also many more active attractions and amusements within easy travel distance. Enjoy a round of golf or a visit to historic St. Augustine or action-packed Orlando and Disney World. The Daytona Beach Pier and entertainment area is just 1-1/2 miles south, but it is far enough away for a quiet beach. On special occasions, such as Speed Week or Bike Week, excitement races through Daytona.

The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic Ocean and beach views. You have great views of the waves without getting up from the luxury of leather furniture. This room opens to the balcony. A variety of board games, books, and puzzles are provided for your family's enjoyment. The stylish dining room also provides a great view of the ocean.

The fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything that you and your family will need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals on those days when you just want to stay in and relax.

The large ocean-front swimming pool is reserved for the guests of the Horizons. It's directly on the beach and has a fresh-water shower available to rinse off the sand and salt. Beach chairs are provided for your use by the pool. There is a large sundeck that is separate from the pool area for the quiet sunbathers.

A full-sized washer and dryer are located right outside our condominium unit. Each floor has only four units, so waiting for the laundry is rarely a problem.

The Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida, is a secure, wheelchair-accessible building with key entry only. On-site managers and security ensure your vacation is enjoyable. A garage door opener will get you inside the private underground parking garage where you will have your own assigned space.

About Mark & Sharon

My wife and I live near the other coast of Florida, but we love the more active Daytona area. I grew up on the Gulf and watched the old people. The young and the young at heart come to Daytona.

Why Mark & Sharon chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

We own two other condos in the same building. This one was the first one we bought. The building is a great vacation rental property. The building management is friendly and helpful. We could not ask for a better place.

What makes this condo unique

This condo is on a great part of Daytona Beach. It is part of the northern beach which is close to the action but on the quieter part. From our balcony, you can watch the beach and enjoy the view without actually being on the sand.

Wonderful Condo!!!

The condo was on the 4th floor. Perfect for seeing up and down the beach. It was stocked with anything you might need. From towels, sheets, to any kitchen gadget you might need. It is a very nice, pretty, and clean condo. I cant say enough nice about it. We felt like we were staying in someone's personal home. Very homelike feel. We have already made reservations to stay with Mark and Sharon next year!!

Had a great time at Horizons in Daytona! Mark was really accommodating to my stay after having vehicle issues! The Condo was really nice and modern. The staff, and residents in the Horizon facility were outstanding and very accommodating to our family. Would definitely recommend unit 402 ! 5 + stars!!!

Fabulous and Safe Vacation Spot!

This condo was well decorated, and immaculate as far as cleanliness, also one of the most secure places we have stayed at in Daytona. We felt right at home from the time we walked in. Located in ideal location in regards to the beach, and other Daytona activities. We could see the rides on the boardwalk; but over a mile away, so we were away from all of the traffic and crowds associated with the board walk. Some traffic on the beach, but not constant - just right for our taste! Lifeguards on duty which always makes us feel more comfortable when swimming in the ocean. Wonderful view from the balcony. Also, will say that Mark and Sharon were always available to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. Just a week from time of our departure, and just received an e-mail from VRBO saying our deposit is on its way. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Daytona.

Amazing Daytona Beach Condo

We were very impressed with the layout of this condo. Loved that you had access to the balcony from every room and that each bedroom and living room were beachfront. The property is nicely kept and the security was comforting. Underground parking was great, never had that at other condos we stayed at. Kept the car nice and cool and was easier to take up groceries when it was raining. We would definitely stay at this condo again the next time we go to Daytona Beach.
