Come to this wonderful condo at the Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida, near Orlando. Direct oceanfront on the beach lets you have a wonderful view with great sunrises over the ocean. This lovely condo has been renovated and redecorated with great new upscale furnishing. An oceanfront swimming pool provides relaxation to get away from it all, and high speed Wireless Internet to stay in contact with the rest of the world. Our two bedroom, two bath beach front vacation condominium has direct ocean views. Magnificent ocean sunrises are seen right from both bedrooms. A wonderful balcony overlooks the beach and is accessed from both bedrooms and the living room. A favorite time is that morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise while overlooking the deserted beach or sharing a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the sound of the surf. Let the tensions disappear as you relax in your beach chair or take long walks along the great Atlantic Ocean.

The condo has been renovated and re-decorated. It has new flooring, new furniture and new owners. We have rented condos in many places ourselves. We know that your vacation deserves more than the bare necessities. We try very hard to meet every need. This unit is a great addition to the rental market. It's one of few condos in this area of the northern part of Daytona Beach. There is not much beach traffic this far north. The views from all rooms are just incredible. Additionally, it has a much larger floor plan than most of the condo units on Daytona Beach. The renovated master bedroom suite is huge!

For those that want more than just the quiet and solitude of beach life, why not try windsurfing or kayaking? Rentals are available in close proximity. There are also many more active attractions and amusements within easy travel distance. Perhaps it would be playing a round of golf or visiting nearby St. Augustine, or Orlando and Disney World. The Daytona Beach Pier and entertainment area is just 1-1/2 miles south, but it is far enough away for a quiet beach.

On special occasions, such as Speed Week or Bike Week, incredible excitement is created. The living room entices you to sit down and enjoy the fabulous Atlantic Ocean and beach views. You have great views of the waves without getting up from the luxury of leather furniture. This room opens to the balcony. A variety of board games, books and puzzles are provided for your family's enjoyment. The stylish dining room also provides a great view of the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything that you and your family will need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals on those days when you just want to stay in and relax.

The large oceanfront swimming pool is reserved just for the guests of the Horizons. It's directly on the beach and has a fresh water shower available to rinse off the sand and salt. Beach chairs are provided for your use by the pool. There is a large sundeck which is separate from the pool area for the quiet sun bathers.

A full size washer and dryer are located right outside our condominium unit. Each floor has only four units, so waiting for the laundry is rarely a problem.

The Horizons in Daytona Beach, Florida is a secure, wheel chair accessible building with key entry only. Onsite managers and security make sure that your vacation is enjoyable. A garage door opener will get you inside the private underground parking garage where you will have your own assigned space.

My wife and I live near the other coast of Florida, but we love the more active Daytona area. I grew up on the Gulf and watched the old people. The young and the young at heart come to Daytona.

We own two other condos in the same building. This one was the first one we bought. The building is a great vacation rental property. The building management is friendly and helpful. We could not ask for a better place.

What makes this condo unique

This condo is on a great part of Daytona Beach. It is part of the northern beach which is close to the action but on the quieter part. From our balcony, you can watch the beach and enjoy the view without actually being on the sand.

It was a nice experience vacation, view to the ocean, well clean condo. me and my family we enjoy the view to the ocean nice balcony you can walk from 1 bedroom to the bedroom from the balcony. my kids really enjoy the pool with waves. I recommend this condo to any one.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and has a great location. The building, condo, and grounds are beautiful. The condo is elegantly decorated. All rooms are spacious and comfortable, and have direct front views of the ocean. The underground parking is great. It was nice that the car did not have to sit in the hot sun every day.

The owners explained everything about the property and condo so there were no surprises.

Perfect!

What a wonderful experience we had at this beautifully designed condo! It is by far our favorite place to stay now in Daytona Beach. The condo's furnishings were so tasteful and mindfully chosen for the beach traveler. It was so clean and the amenities were boundless. Another thing, the parking was superb and the elevator wait time was fantastic. This was just an overall five star stay!!

Great Family Destination

The descriptions, pictures, and reviews on this website are very representative of this condo. The owners are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the condo was in perfect condition. The decor in the unit is a perfect match for our family. We felt very much at home. We were there for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Very picky visitors should be advised that there is elevator construction going on, in the short term (July 2016), at the Horizon building. During the construction there is one elevator for 18 floors, and there was a considerable construction noise inside the unit around 9:30 AM for two days mid-week. This was not an issue for my family, as we tend to be early risers and were never in a hurry (we were on vacation after all). The new elevator that is working is fast and quiet! Soon there will be two.

Suffice it to say, if we return to Daytona Beach, this unit will be our first choice.

Highly Recommended - Best condo unit on Daytona Beach!

After an extensive search of various rental units in Daytona Beach /Daytona Beach Shores we settled on this unit and it turned out to be fabalous for our one week stay. The condo unit was very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and the ocean/beach views from the balconys were amazing. The building is well maintained, with secured access, underground parking and a very nice clean quite pool if you want a change from the beach. The location on the beach is perfect, not too crowded and only a short distance to Publex and a quick cab ride to the boardwalk area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit! Thank-you to the owners, Mark and Sharon, we look forward to returning!!

Second time we stayed here, there will be a third!

Property is updated, very clean and in an excellent location...balcony extends from master bedroom, across the living area to the second bedroom. The view is spectacular of the ocean and the beaches, north and south..the area has several great restaurants and activities..this was our second time in the condo and I plan to rent it regularly...it makes it even better when the owner is easy to deal with and Mark is!!! I just left there Saturday, today is Thursday and I already received my security deposit back in the mail. I Highly recommend this unit and the owners!!!
