Old world charm meets modern elegance. Welcome to our classic, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo situated in a newly renovated, 100 year old Victorian house. This clean urban abode offers two comfortable king size bed,s, a queen sofa bed, a queen sized sofa bed, a double sized futon bed, a fully equipped kitchen, heated walnut floors, carpeted bedroom, loft ceilings and lots of natural light.
The beautiful mosaic tiled bathrooms allows for a shower or a bath after a busy day of sightseeing and 2 Flat Screen TVs and Blue Ray DVD players are perfect for watching movies in tandem from the bedroom or living room. Dine in or walk to one of the numerous restaurants, coffee houses or bars in Seattle's centrally located Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Parking is provided but being just 1 mile from the city, it's easy to walk, bike (bikes provided by City of Seattle at kisok 1 block away) or take the bus to local attractions. Experience the City on the Sound in style.
I remodel old vintage homes. This home is triplex, two of which are vacation rentals. I enjoy fixing up old homes and am glad so many people appreciate the painstaking effort it takes to restore old world charm to neglected properties.

Superb location in the heart of Seattle's Capital Hill neighborhood
Well designed top floor apartment. Nicely appointed. Within a fun neighbourhood. 15th Street Restaurants and bars were great.
Home is on a noisey road. Acoustics is an issue. Can hear people below and neighbours. We had neighbours partying until 6am. The home was very hot (we did get an unseasonably hot few days) and there is no AC. The choice was to cook with the windows closed or not sleep due to noise with the windows open. So if a light sleeper like me, would not recommend. Heavy sleepers will enjoy a nice home in a funky neighbourhood.
This well maintained Capitol Hill home is perfect for families or couples looking for a centrally located place to stay in the Seattle. The booking process and check in / check out arrangements could not have been easier. Off street parking is a huge plus if you have a car or rent since parking is at a premium in this area. Nice restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The views of the mountains and water from this location are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this house and would book again if in the Seattle area. Thanks to the owner / management for helping to make our stay memorable!
We could not be happier with our stay. Everything is updated, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved having parking behind the house. When in Seattle, I will check to see if this house is available. It was such a great location and home.
This was our first time in Seattle, and we had a great house in a perfect location. Ammenaties were there. Layout of the house was perfect for two couples. Everything was clean and maintained. We had a blast and our host was nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
In Capital Hill, this is a really well located on a fairly busy street. The parking in the rear is a bonus in case there's no room on the street-typical of Seattle streets. It is comfortable unit with a large, very well appointed kitchen with capacity to seat 6-10 in the dining area. The main floor master was a bit small for a king bed but the bed was comfy and the 3-pc ensuite was large with a nice shower. The loft bedroom was ideal for our daughter and our son had no issue with the queen-sized soda bed in the living room. We'll definitely stay again when next in Seattle.
I have stayed at all three of the units in this place. The owner is very responsive, answering my message withing minutes when I arrived without knowing how to get it. It is clean, beautiful and a perfect space to relax and talk to friends and family. The kitchen is well outfitted so we could make dinner and breakfast there if we wanted, but it is close to all kinds of great restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and only a few blocks away from Volunteer Park.
Capitol Hill is a vibrant neighborhood filled with shops, restaurants, coffee houses, night clubs, grocery stores, movie theaters and parks to name a few all within walking distance from the condo. Seattle is adjacent to numerous waterways and 2 mountain chains. There are various places within the city to rent kayaks, Rollerblades and bikes. Within an hour's drive, there is access to horseback riding, ballooning, skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, mountain bike riding and climbing.
