Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a great stay at Eoin's house. The place is huge, spotless clean, cosy and bright. It's perfect! Everything was super smooth and simple with reservation, leaving the house etc. Eoin was super flexible with check in and out times and gave us a lot of recommendations and help to find different stores etc. We had a very positive experience, and we highly recommend staying at Eoins' house!

Fun 30th birthday!!!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The veranda was beautiful where we did barbecue. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were big and comfortable, the full bathroom is huge also and nice. This place is approximately 40 away from westhamptons. We drove there and came back after going to the beach to eat in the house. In that way, we were able to save good money.

Just make sure to buy all your needed supplies before going to the house because it doesn't seem like there are a lot of stores there. This house is around the bay area, i did not bother go outside the house tho because you will not be able to go to the bay anyway becasue you have to go through private property to get to the bay.

All in all, it was a good and fun stay!

Owner's Response: Hi I'm delighted you enjoyed the house and the deck. It's always good to get some feedback so thank you for taking the time to do that. Just to clarify - there is no private property between our house and Osprey Park and also there is a road to the sea and the cove. It is just two short blocks away to the pier. If you go there again - it might be good to know that there are big stores around 2.5 miles away and smaller stores 1.5 miles away. We have lots of information on these in our guest documentation. Hope to see you again at some stage. Warm regards Niamh

Great house

  • 5 of 5

The house was very nice, clean and big, pictures provided a very accurate portrayal of the home. There were 10 of us and we never felt crowded. The deck was beautiful, grill was great. The beach was about 10 minutes away by car and was a nice one. The walk down to the pier was pleasant and the sunsets down there were beautiful. The sandwich shop close by was great! Would highly recommend this house, i wouldn't hesitate to return. My only criticism was that the beds weren't very comfortable.

Exactly as depicted, very comfortable and spatious

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect. We had a big family vacation there and everyone fit great and had a wonderful time. Big yard was convenient for the kids and we all enjoyed the park/pier that was so close it felt like it was part of the house. The owner was very accommodating and made the experience that much more pleasant. Highly recommend.

wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

The house was wonderful, better than I expected. Everything was super clean and exactly as described. I received quick responses and all transactions ran smoothly. There is a great little park right down the street with a small beach and a long dock. We mainly walked around but we saw a few people fishing which was pretty nice. The town around the house wasn't too exciting but the house was definitely a great place to relax with friends or family.

Great place for families

  • 5 of 5

This house was the perfect home for our family on memorial day weekend. We celebrated a 60th birthday and had a mini family reunion here. It was the perfect size for our family. All bedrooms are downstairs, and most activities happened up stairs in the large family room, and we definitely utilized the patio. It got a bit windy on one day, but the following day was perfect to relax on the patio. Driving to the city takes about 1.5 hours in minimal traffic. Tip: when heading downtown we drove for about an hour, parked at the Little Neck train stop, then took the long island railroad to Penn Station. We did not want to worry about parking in the city, and the train was much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is the perfect distance to get away from the city and enjoy time with one another.

Serene Location & Beautiful House

  • 5 of 5

This house is exactly as described. It is very spacious & had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the deck outside the well equipped kitchen for our entertainment & during meals. The views from the beautiful windows inside the home are spectacular. I especially enjoyed the serenity since the purpose of our visit was due to the loss of my brother. It was a perfect place for us to gather & celebrate his life. I would highly recommend this property & would rent again in the near future.

Last but not least Eoin & Niamh O'Sullivan were a great pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!!
