This luxury 4-bedroom, 2+ bathroom house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac off of Dune Rd and comes equipped with a Viking kitchen, central AC, 300mb WiFi, cable and apple TV, new wrap around deck, and an outdoor cedar shower.

Two independent central air-conditioning systems for a total of 5 ton capacity. Great sunny living room with beamed cathedral ceilings and large windows offers views of the ocean dunes and some views of the Moriches Bay.

The house has a baby crib and a high chair.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time w/my family, inlaws, niece, sister and brother in law. The place was clean, new and plenty of space for the kids to run around. The deck was great to sit out on, you can hear the ocean and BBQ. The beach is right across the street and town is only about a 10 minute drive. We got lucky with summer weather in the fall and were the only people on the beach...if you are there in the fall take the 25 min drive to Southampton to Hank's pumpkintown! We look forward to going back for another fun weekend.

Nice Location, House Ok

The location was fantastic. It says a 6 min walk to beach or so, in the listing, and it’s really only 3. However, the house and property is eh for the price paid. The grill is not something you want to put food on, no towels (hand,bath or beach), the TV is from 2001, etc. I would stay there again and enjoy it again but not for what i paid.

Stay Felt like a Getaway

The house is modern, spacious & comfortable. Its layout is great for people who wake & sleep at different times. A door (to a hallway) separates the gathering spaces from the bedrooms/bathrooms. We spent a lot of time at the table (with umbrella) on the deck.

Wonderful Westhampton Beach House

Excellent property. Location is a short walk to access either Ocean or Bay. Ony complaint, for a beach property, the house should have more towels - as only 1 large bath towel is provided per person and bathrooms had no hand towels. We bought more.

That's not all. It also offers top notch social life with the kind of scenes evoked in Ralph Lauren ads. You will never want to leave this place!
