This is an amazing location in the heart of Breckenridge, with an easy walk to everything in town, with hot tub and pool access.

Location, location, location! This 5 bedroom condo is steps to Peak 9/Quicksilver lift and steps to Main Street Station and town. If you are familiar with Breckenridge you will know how rare it is to find a property this large within walking distance of both town and the lifts that is still reasonable priced! You can't find a more convenient 5BR/4BA location to the ski area, ski school, town and restaurants.

The condo is across the street from the Marriott Mountain Resort, which is ski-in/ski-out and one block to town. This rare top-floor corner unit sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with 9 beds and boasts views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

High-end renovation both inside and out completed in 2008. Completely new kitchen and baths, as well as new exterior roof, siding and landscaping. Rare Golden Granite countertops and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures throughout. The main kitchen has stainless appliances and the bathrooms have been completely redone with new toilets, tubs, flooring and lighting. This unique condo also has new pine doors and trim throughout.

The condo is professionally decorated with new furniture and modern mountain decor. There is an extra-large sectional sofa that is perfect to relax on after a day on the slopes. The bay window looking toward the slopes has a wonderful reading chair to soak in the views. The 25-foot vaulted ceilings, skylights, and bay window create a bright and sunny living area with amazing views. The great room has a gas fireplace and a 37-inch flat screen TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in small laundry room off the kitchen, plus cable and wireless Internet access.

The master has a king bed, cable television and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo to create privacy. In the second bedroom is a queen bed and cable television. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom, which sleeps four people, is on the third floor and has spectacular mountain views. It includes a bunk bed with twin top and full bottom as well as an additional twin bed. The fifth bedroom in on the main entry level of the 3-story condominium, which can function as a separate unit. The bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen television. A full bath is also in this one-bedroom unit.

In addition, there is a full bath and two three-quarter bathrooms, all beautifully renovated in the upper unit.

Have multiple families traveling? The unique layout of this property allows the sunny lower level to be locked off as a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment complete with its own kitchen area and family room with queen sleeper sofa and 32-inch flat screen TV.

Building amenities include underground parking and membership to the Columbine pool complex. The underground heated garage has a reserved parking space for one car and there is above-grade parking available for a second car. There is also a ski locker in the garage for guest convenience.

For those who like to swim, the condo is less than 100 yards from the Columbine pool complex, which includes a heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs and two indoor hot tubs in a pool house complete with showers in the locker rooms.

If you're looking for great access to the lifts and to town, it doesn't get much better than this. The Peak 9 Super Chair is about 100 yards away and access to the South end of Main Street is about the same distance. Also very close to the Peak 9 Ski School.

Spacious condo!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. We really liked Snodallion. The layout and room in this condo was great! It was so nice to send the kids upstairs or downstairs as needed, and not be in each other's way. The kitchen is small but it served it's purpose. We always like having a washer and dryer, with our big group of people. I was amazed at the ice maker on the refrigerator-we never ran out of ice! We have a Kenmore at home and it never keeps up, so that was impressive. Also the beds, our bed especially, were amazing! We slept on the main floor, off of the living area. I have never slept so good while on vacation. My daughter also commented on the bed downstairs and said it slept well too. The kids loved the video games and also the books and puzzles that were there. We loved the location and proximity to the swimming pool!

Amazing Trip!

We were so blessed by the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. The location was great–we especially loved being so close to town and walked there several times. Some of our group also enjoyed stand up paddleboarding on Maggie Pond which was also right next to the unit. We ate a lot of meals at the house and were so grateful for your beautiful well equipped kitchen. Also appreciated the great bed in the Master and that I could make it dark during the day time (due to suffering from altitude sickness). We were also so close to Copper and Vail–some of our group enjoyed venturing to both places. There's so much that we still were unable to do and we will be back to accomplish it all! We also really appreciated getting into the condo early in the day. It was a huge life saver for those of our party that drove all night from Huntington Beach, CA.

Great space for large groups!

We really enjoyed our stay at Snodallion! The house was clean, spacious, and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We also appreciated that the house had several bathrooms, limiting the number of people that had to share. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for large meals to be prepared and consumed at home. The proximity to town center and the grocery store were great. Overall, everyone really enjoyed their stay at Snodallion and highly recommends the space for large groups!

We do a ski trip annually and this was by far our favorite condo. Nicely furnished and comfortable, excellent access to lifts and an easy walk to town. And VisitBreckenridge.com was so easy to work with!
