Great Location! Just north of the Santa Fe Plaza about 8 blocks.

Enjoy your vacation from this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home located just north of the downtown plaza. The large entry foyer leads you to a open living room with kiva fireplace, high ceilings and patio doors that open to private deck with wonderful views towards the mountains to the southeast and morning sun. As the sun sets, the deck is also shaded for comfortable use during the summer. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and built-in dining table with plenty of seating for 8. Down the hall are two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed that can be made into 2 twins if desired. Upstairs is an over-sized king sized bedroom with sitting area, large master bath and also a private balcony. The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, high speed internet and a 2 car attached garage. Located in the hills above the plaza, you are only a few minutes drive from the world-renowned Santa Fe Plaza or a short walk to Ft. Marcy Park and sports complex where there is tennis courts, a pool and gym available for a small daily fee. The owner will consider a small dog with additional fee. This is a Non-smoking home.

Our family had the best Christmas vacation here—atime to treasure ‼️We cooked in( grilled) 5 nights and ate out 4 more‼️The walk up Canyon on Christmas Eve was a blast—lights and fire pits enchanting—hot ciderand chocolate were the kids favs❤️Christmas Day was chill time—plenty of room for cooking, puzzles, games—and walks to the park! We walked to the plaza many times-not too long a distance. The kids skied and ice skated—something for everyone . Lovely place—we will revisit ❤️

Santa Fe fantastic

This home was very nice. It was clean, had all of the necessary amenities, was roomy and was super convenient to the Plaza. It is located in the hills just above the city center, has nice views of the valley and is typical Santa Fe stylish. I would stay here again happily.

Enjoy this contemporary home located just north of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. It is only about 7-8 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and less than 1 mile to many World-class restaurants, museums and galleries.

The Santa Fe Ski area is located only 30 minutes up Hyde Park Rd and there is also many hiking and mountain biking trails to explore as close as 2 miles away and all the way up the mountains.

Great location and wonderful views. This property is perfect for a family vacation or couples retreat.

Once you request a booking, Maez & Company will upload the lease to you and send it to you through HomeAway's portal. At that time, you will print it out, read over and then return directly to Maez & Company at info@santaferentalhomes.com.

If you request to bring a small dog, the owner will consider once you fill out a pet addendum. There is a $250 pet fee if approved. NO Pets are permitted at any time (not even for a visit) unless guest has signed a pet addendum prior to arrival and the pet has been approved. NO CATS permitted at any time.
