Completely updated in 2015 with a beautiful kitchen, nicely remodeled bathrooms, smart TV in the living room, TV's in both bedrooms, featuring a huge sunny patio deck for your enjoyment in the summer with a natural gas fed Weber barbecue grill, and free wifi, this unit is truly one of our best value choices for your vacation needs. Heated underground garage parking and elevator access are provided in the building. Guests enjoy access to the Columbine pool & hot tub area, which provides an outdoor heated pool, and indoor & outdoor hot tubs.

February 2017 Stay

We had a great time with our family and friends at the condo last week. We have stayed in the same area before and focused our search there this year as well. Very glad to find this condo as it was much nicer than the complex we stayed in last year, which was next door. The first floor unit provided easy access outside and to the path/bridge to the Quicksilver lift and child care. We also enjoyed having an elevator and luggage cart for our arrival and departure days. We were also pleasantly surprised with the furnishings in the kit hen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the living room was enjoyable as well. We will definitely look for this unit again next year.

December 2016 Stay

We love this location and building, great for Peak 9 skiing, dining, gear rental, shopping. The condo has been updated which was very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped to cook family meals. My only complaint is that the water heater does not support a family of 5 stay, and you have to plan showers/bathroom/kitchen use... which was inconvenient, so a tank-less, constant supply water heater is needed. A recommendation for future thought, since this unit is over the garage... heated tile floors would be nice, as the floors were extremely cold, and all the updated condos we've stayed in the past few years include this amenity. Just a thought. All-in-all a very clean, comfortable, well appointed unit, with many desirable attributes. Merry Christmas and Happy new year!

Pro Cycling Challenge 2015

Very clean, nicely updated kitchen and baths. Bedroom furniture is pretty dated and the decor' was pretty sparse, electronics were minimal and a bit awkward. Would have been nice if the management company had provided the usual shampoo, lotion, conditioner, etc rather than just bar soap. Good location.
