We loved it! This condo has a beautiful, quintessential beach cottage feel to it. Our family of four was very comfortable and at home. Enjoyed the lovely view and gorgeous grounds. Also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. All in all, it made it easy to relax.
This condo was a relaxing retreat for our spring break (2 adults and 2 teenagers). It was very clean, nicely updated, and well stocked with kitchen utensils (though no pantry items). It's a small, quiet complex, so there was never an issue with the pool or the tennis courts being crowded, and the neighbors were friendly. Our favorite spot was the balcony, where we could enjoy the ocean when we wanted to stay in the shade. Royal Shell made everything very easy, and was there to help us in 10 minutes when we got locked out. Our only caveat would be that this section of Middle Gulf Drive is several miles from anything on Periwinkle or the wildlife refuge. We ended up being more car dependent than we'd expected.
