The rental property you are staying in is privately owned and separate from the Sundial Beach Resort and Spa. Resort amenities are governed by Sundial Beach Resort and Spa and additional resort amenities may not be available. Please check with the Royal Shell Vacations reservation staff for more information, including a list of local vendors that rent items such as beach equipment, bicycles, and baby equipment.
Fall Projects at Sundial WEST will begin 9/6/16 and be completed on or around 12/16/16, weather permitted. Please be advised that some of the buildings will be closed during necessary maintenance projects. Only condos directly impacted will be blocked; however, surrounding buildings will be open and available for rental. Project includes; landscaping, elevator repairs, electrical meter replacement, and parking lot repairs. Please be advised that workers will be onsite during these projects and at times you might here project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided as these projects are association related.
