We decided on this property because of the area. The residential area is up and coming, and you cannot beat the location. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes from this house. You can drive in under a minute. You are right across the street from shopping, dining and more. The house itself is great. It has been completely remodeled as of 2016, and the pool features Southern Exposure and is one of the highlights for our guests.
It is very hard to find a rental in Naples that allows nightly rentals. We feature a property that is the closest you can get to the beach without needing a 30 day minimum. You can come for a night...or stay for a week. We really love the area, but the home itself is the best feature for us. From the open pool area, to the mango trees out back, to the updated kitchen and bedrooms, the home features it all. We allow you to check in anytime of the night, as we have a keyless entry. We really are here to cater to the guests and offering the best services.
Our stay at this property was most pleasant. It's a newer house with a great living space - tall ceilings and open floor plan. The outdoor area with the pool and lanai are quite lovely. Our beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely laid out. The furniture and decor could use a bit more flow - some pieces didn't really go with others but this wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware and glasses, etc. We thought that the pots and pans, of which there were only two, could use a replacement because they were well worn and someone came by with new ones - not the best quality, but new indeed. We thought that the attentiveness of the company to accommodate our needs was very good - they responded very quickly to emails and sent someone over to check things out. We appreciated how they had beach chairs for us to use in the garage. The beach towels were a bit small and thin and could use replacing as well but I suppose they served their purpose.
All and all, this was a very comfortable stay. What would grant the place 5 stars is an interior redesign of the furniture and art work such that everything flows better together. NOTE: the couches are comfortable.
Great house, great location. We walked or biked to Mercado and the beach every day! Pool water was perfect, house was clean. Nice to stay somewhere where you do not need to rent a car. The property manager was great and easy to use. We booked the day before arriving and they were able to accommodate! Would stay again!
This was a great spot to stay. Nice house in great condition. Excellent pool lanai and just about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed it for a family gathering over Thanksgiving.
We loved the home and want to move in full time lol. Great location, especially being so close to Vanderbilt Beach. The company is professional folks. There is nobody better in town. We already booked for next year.

My kids and I had a really nice time at the property. They are teens who loved going to the beach, only a 10 minute walk, and also the pool. We had family meals in the wonderful kitchen and watched tv and movies in the living room every night. What a nice treat.
