Some great things, a few negatives

The condo is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. It is also very clean. We had a problem with the heat and hot water not working when we first arrived and the owner was very quick to respond to the problems and make the repairs. The condo is well taken care of and some new furniture was delivered during our stay. The building and grounds are also well maintained. There's a bar with loud music across the intercoastal, but we learned to tolerate it.

There was a strong sewer smell in the master bath on and off for 2 weeks, then disappeared. Again, the owner quickly investigated the problem and talked to the condo assoc. president about a remedy.

My one issue was the lack of internet. The leasing agent contact referred me to their web site for more information on the property on our initial contact, and the web page stated and continues to state that all units have internet service. A few days before our trip I talked to the same leasing person and specifically asked about internet and she said "what rental doesn't have internet these days?" Well, this one does not, and it was important to us. We had to spend $180 for a mobile internet device and internet service for 30 days. I made the owner aware of the expense, and she didn't volunteer to reimburse us. While this web site doesn't say internet is available, their Beach Vacation Rentals web site does state it and they referred us to it for further information. We had hoped this would be a place we could rent annually, but we have to find another property.
