Enjoy Breckenridge lodging accommodations located just 20 yards off of the Four O'clock Ski Run and one block from historic Main Street. This top floor, corner unit has an unusually spacious floor plan with contemporary furnishings to make you feel right at home. Guests really enjoy the flat screen TVs in the living area, master and second bedrooms. Featuring a large breakfast bar with seating for four, the kitchen received new counter tops and cabinets in 2015. The vaulted living area also has a new rock fireplace with new carpeting. Guests also appreciate the covered parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs and the close proximity to the attractions of downtown.

Second year staying in 408. Really like the views of the mountain and town from this unit. Also the staff at Great Western Lodging is very easy to work with and that is why I keep coming back. See you next year!

The most basic condo I have ever stayed in.

The condo was basic. I'm not saying I wanted bells and whistles... but it would be nice if they provided Shampoo, Conditioner and Soap, or Coffee, or even laundry detergent. Just all the basic things everyone will need while they stay there for a week. I don't think it's too much to ask for. I use Homeaway 5-10 times a year and this was the first time to not have all the essentials. No Salt and Pepper, cooking spray, kleenex. About half of the plugs were so loose we couldn't keep our chargers plugged in because they would just fall out. I would not rent again from Great Western just for those reasons right there.

I will give a 5 star on customer service. I emailed multiple questions to Great Western lodging and they were incredibly helpful. Offered a lot of assistant on where to rent skis from and got us a discount.

Owner's Response: Hi Kevin: Thank you for your review. With all of our rentals, we do provide basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex throughout the entire rental. We do have a list of things to expect in the unit that we can provide our guests before check-in so they know exactly what the unit is stocked with. I will however let management know about your recommendations on other items to include in the unit. In regards to the outlets - our maintenance team will go into the unit and fix these asap, so that future guests do not have this issue. Lovely condo with beautiful views.! Appears that most of the condo has been updated ( the washer and dryer have not and were a bit of a challenge). The condo was clean and well stocked. The staff at Great Western were very friendly and helpful. I would agree with other raters that you can hear street noise from the bedrooms; however, it was not too loud as the night progressed. The one downside/ recommendation would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Summer is a beautiful time to visit the area. However, with th e windows open, it wa chilly and a bit noisy; with the windows closed, the rooms became stuffy. We will definitely be visiting again.

I have stayed in many of the condos at Sawmill Creek. My comment on 408 is that it is very roomy with a great view of downtown and the ice sculptures. The only negative is the noise from the street because the unit is on the end that is nearest to the street. That does not bother me but if it bothers you pick a unit that is not near the street. The staff at Great Western Lodging is the best and can answer any questions that you have. I am a repeat costumer and would recommend using Great Western Lodging for booking at Sawmill Creek.

Nice place, worked well for our large family of 7

Nice place, well maintained, vaulted ceilings and kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to just about anywhere in downtown Breckenridge. Friendly and knowledgeable building manager. Also had a very large garage for our van and bikes. Elevator was close by which was convenient for hauling our luggage to the 4th floor. Unit is at the end of the building which has a lot of windows and nice views of Breckenridge. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the early morning street noise (people going to work) which woke us up. But I would stay here again.
